At least one person who works here is pouring his heart and soul into his job, sacrificing personal time and sleep to care for clients and visit families. He has a long career in working with disadvantaged children and truly cares for each child he meets. If it is as atrocious as other reviews suggest, how is it still functioning?

I agree with the reviews so far written for this organisation. I seriously do not know what they are doing. Instead of providing a holistic approach for the child welfare . To understand and try to mediate the family situation in view of the child's well being instead of just letting the days pass with nothing achieved at the end of the day and the situation got worse. They do not proactively do their job effectively. If possible engage or request for another agency instead of wasting time here

A sure no. My girl's life is already ruined by this agency. Please do not let this agency into your house. I totally agree with the other reviews. I feel their pain. I only have one child and her entire life is turned upside down. This is the agency's agenda working with CPS.

Their staff lack proper training and do not put the children's welfare first. Came across case workers explicitly telling 2 of the children that they had "no choice" but to "go home" despite the children's refusal and discomfort during the conversation. Later learnt that Big Love's funding is based off the rate of family reunification. Definitely not the "child protection specialist center" they claim to be. Would urge MSF and other relevant government bodies to look into the work they are doing, very questionable.

This Organization doesn't deserve any star at all. The counselor don't have any experience in all sort of areas in solving the problems. They are lack of knowledge on how to interact with Parent and Children. After all there are no improvement in child progress, the child become empower and worst.
