We engaged Pinky from blacknwhite haus to design our place. She was the 7th ID we met and what won us over was how her 3D designs for previous clients were almost exactly same to the final output. We loved loved working with her because she has such strong design flair and always value adding to the design to make it fit to theme better. She knows we have a budget and tries ways to help us save money. We placed all our trust in her to project management and design our home. I saw how she pushed vendors to give more options or do better to meet her expectations. 100% we will go with Pinky for our next house reno and we have highly recommended her to our friends and family. Thank you Pinky for relieving so much stress off us for reno where we can entrust the whole project to you

I was recommended by Qanvast to Black and White Haus. And the company assigned Designer Jade with me. To be honest, I am not a person who goes to every designer and ask for quotation. I usually screen through the works and see if their style fits my vision of a home. When I saw Black & White Haus, I actually felt they could be the one, and having seen their reviews I decided to meet up with them. By the 2nd meeting, they have proposed quotation, and some moodboards, and for the very beginning, I was very impressed, and honestly, I thought I have found my designer. So naturally, we discussed with some amended changes, and I wanted a second quote, no request of any drawing nor any floorplan to be given to me, all i need was the final quote to make the final decision. Since it was Christmas season, Jade asked for 2 weeks to rework the quote, I thought maybe thats reasonable and she said she will come back to me on 5 Jan. And today is only 3 Jan, and she came back exactly with these words : Sorry for the wait! I just wanted to inform you that I would like to withdraw from the quotation, as I don’t think my current schedule would be a good fit for the project. Thank you once again for considering me. I sincerely hope you find a designer who’s a great match for your needs. wow, what a closure! I am certain the company has more than one designers, and to shut off a potential client who has expressed interest, with the above reasons speaks volume of how they operate. I am speechless. But I am glad we realise now at quotation stage, and not during the renovation, when we are dumped with no choice. So many pals warned me about hiring ID, but I never realise this industry do have very absurd standards in expression professionalism. If you are not keen to take up a deal, you shouldn't have called us for a meet up and discuss. We were not the one who called you first.

Was recommended Black N White Haus by Qanvast. Choose this company after meeting with many other ID firms. Fully renovated a 2 bedroom condo. Our assigned ID Jade was very professional and meticulous. We had a specific theme in mind and Jade was very helpful in sourcing for items that we wanted so that we did not have to settle for less. We were also impressed with the proposed designs and ideas. Jade was very patient in answering our queries and concerns and even helped to follow up after the renovation was completed.

This is our 2nd time using Pinky from Black & White Haus. After a good experience with her doing my 5 room flat , there was no question to look any further for our matrimonial home which is a two story 4 + 1 bedroom penthouse . She’s accommodating and we are Clients that know what we want so this can get tough for an ID when an ID wants to inject recommendations but we have the our fixed ideas. However with Pinky , she has managed to make us change our perspective on areas of our home. She knew I love white which is what we did for my 1st home , but she advised to go opposite from what we did before and choose an oak nature theme to be in tune with the greenary and nature outside so suggested using Bold Pistachio Green for the Playroom cos of the abundance of trees outside and then playing with softer colours for the cabinets. She softly placed the idea of using a bench to save space instead of having 6 dining chairs although she knew I was persistent with having a set of 6 dining chairs. She tends to use her same suppliers that she trusts and is loyal to them, and thus I used them for the 2nd time , always good to have familiar faces for good pricing . And most importantly, she met the timeline we set off when we wanted to move in by. So happy clients 100%. She’s not only an ID but I can well say, she’s become a friend. We are very happy with how the home looks and so are all two little baby girls , they even refuse to go out on the weekends as they just want to play in their playroom non stop.
