I engaged Eric from Boon Siew D’sign to design and build out my new condo. Working with him was an excellent experience. He offered lots of practical ideas for daily living, useful advises on materials and design/build approach against my needs and wants, and present high level of professionalism when managing the build. My requirements for the build has challenging components such as raised platform that combines bed, revolving tv rack, hideaway compartments, and plenty of storage spaces - all in 1 unit, and also repositioning (and concealed) washer/dryer water and hot air outlet without damaging the existing new flooring. He did a great job putting all these together and managed the entire build while I was on overseas business travel the whole time. I came back from my business travel to a warm welcoming new home and I am grateful to have Eric running this project for me. Highly recommended!

We were recommended by our friend to Eric when we were looking around for reputable and good ID/contractors for our new place with a budget ~30+k. We were on a tight timeline, tenant was returning the unit mid Feb and we wanted at least the master bedroom done by start Mar, while rest of the house can take its time. By end Feb, 80% of the house was completed and by start Mar I could move in completely, with minor touch ups in the following week. Totally exceeded my expectations especially so in a COVID climate with workers shortage and Lunar New Year holiday season. Eric was busy, but made time to respond to our queries promptly and gave practical suggestions and solutions. Compared to many other ID firms who gave me fancy 3D diagrams and acceded to all our requests (without thinking of the practicality of it), Eric gives a realistic, down-to-earth solution to what you want/need. 100% recommended!

I passed by the red colour shop at the near end balestier rd around early this year, the impression of the showroom was very cosy kind with completed house furnish, I walked into the shop and was served by a staff who wear glasses (can't remember his name), his friendly service gave me a very warm hearted which very match to this copy shop house. no doubt he not a designer, however, he had provided me and my wife very clear idea that what we want. I would like to recommended this renovation company. Two thumb up!!
