BTG is a great early intervention centre with amazing teachers who are very dedicated to their job. You can see their passion for children and they are genuine in helping all the special needs children. My daughter has been attending BTG for about 1.5years now. She has made a lot of improvements in terms of speech, motor skills, behaviour and many more. She always look forward for her classes at BTG. Whenever she is unwell, she will feel sad just because she is unable to attend class. That's how much she loves going to BTG! Highly recommend BTG if you're looking for an early intervention centre!
Bridging the Gap is a wonderful early intervention school with a caring and professional team. The principal and teachers are kind, friendly, and genuinely passionate about teaching the children. The occupational and speech therapy classes are well-structured and effective. There are also regular check-ins to give parents great peace of mind. My child has benefitted immensely from the programme. We are truly grateful for the support and dedication of the staff.
We began our journey with Bridging the Gap last August 2022 when our son’s Child Development Pediatrician had suggested us to enrol him for early intervention program due to him being at risk of autism. From then on, we had observed significant improvements from him being able to respond with his name, giving eye contact, able to point and better fine motor skills. As our son is also enrolled at a preschool, the teachers and even the principal have also feedback that they have seen him improved a lot since attending with BTG three times a week. The centre is also very welcoming and vibrant, our son enjoys going there. We still have a long way to go as a family in this journey but glad we have the help and expertise of BTG in caring and understanding our son.
Great quantity and quality of teaching. My son is very happy going to school. I feel like BTG is very good for early intervention program. All the teachers are very warm and kind. Kudos to the team and a BIG THANK YOU for all the effort! Parent of "S"
My son has attended BTG at buona vista since last year. I've searched through all the EIPIC and EIPIC P available closer to the west and had chosen BTG after looking at the good reviews. He was around 2.5 when he attended and had speech delays as well as signs of Asd. Within a month there were significant improvements in speech. His Pre-school teachers also highlighted to us that he was able to speak and understand more. His attention also improved and he actually listens in class. Overall we've seen improvements in all areas after attending for close to a year. The teachers are friendly and supportive and most importantly our son actually loves attending it. We're so glad to have chosen BTG as early intervention centre for our son.

Bridging the Gap charges fees on a monthly recurring basis, positioned at a mid-range price point for a playgroup programme. Beyond the monthly fee itself, it is common for childcare and playgroup providers in Singapore to charge a one-off registration fee at enrolment, along with a deposit equivalent to roughly one to two months of fees. You may also wish to ask whether there are any additional charges for uniforms or personal accident insurance. Childcare and playgroup fees in Singapore are GST-exempt, so no Goods and Services Tax should be added to the fees quoted to you. Confirm the full fee schedule in writing before signing any enrolment agreement. See the full childcare cost guide for Singapore →
Government childcare subsidies in Singapore are administered by ECDA and are available to Singapore citizen children enrolled in ECDA-licensed centres. The Basic Subsidy provides up to S$600 per month for infant care and up to S$300 per month for childcare. Working mothers who clock 56 or more hours of work per month may qualify for the additional Working Mother's Child Care Subsidy. Lower-income families may also be eligible for the Additional Subsidy, which is income-tested and can bring combined monthly support to as much as S$710 depending on household income. Permanent Resident children may receive partial subsidies. As subsidy amounts and qualifying criteria are revised periodically, always refer directly to the ECDA website for the most current figures before making enrolment decisions. Confirm with Bridging the Gap whether their programme qualifies for ECDA subsidies, as not all playgroup formats are eligible.
Demand for quality playgroup places in Singapore can be high, and it is advisable to enquire well in advance of your intended start date. For popular programmes, particularly those catering to younger children, families sometimes begin enquiring three to six months ahead. January is typically the peak intake month, so slots for that cohort tend to fill earliest. To secure a place, providers usually require payment of a registration fee and a deposit. Contact Bridging the Gap directly by phone or via the enquiry form to ask about current availability for your preferred start month and to understand what is required to reserve a slot.
