Paul Ling has been very helpful in helping us to find a helper that matches our needs. She is friendly and easy to communicate with. She understand our concern and shortlist the suitable helper profiles for us to interview. Thus, it save us time and we did not take too long to find the one we would like to employ. My experience with them so far has been excellent, just that their price is a bit on the higher side. You get what you pay for. :)
