Just receive the Indonesian domestic helpers into our home. I am very happy with the match, big thank you to Jessi from Bright Shine Helpers Pte Ltd Very very satisfy with Jessi who is very helpful, considerate and professional in handling our transaction of engaging a helper from Indonesia. Compared to all my previous employment of helpers in the past 15 years or so, I would say this time is the most easily managed transaction on engagement of domestic helpers. Jessi will do the first round of interview, sent me a video, then we do another round of interview. Jessi also update me very promptly on every process from applying IPA up to the helper arrival, very professional I would definitely recommend to my friends or neighbors who need a good and professional employment agency. Last but not least, their agency fee is very reasonable, given the way they handle things and service level.
