I came to know Brilliant Sky Employment Agency 7 years ago through a friend's recommendation. Before that, I had hired many domestic helpers but was never satisfied. My friend said this agency was quite good, so I decided to give it a try. When I walked in, I was surprised by the large number of helpers available for selection—far more than other agencies I had visited. They introduced me to a helper named Yan Di, who turned out to be the best among the more than 10 helpers I had hired. She worked for me for nearly 6 years. Unfortunately, she had to return to Indonesia due to breast cancer. After that, I forgot to come back to this agency and hired three helpers from another agency near Redhill. It was a nightmare—each one was a disappointment. The information provided by that agency was inaccurate, and I had to spend a lot of time training them, which was very frustrating. I wasted a lot of money on constant replacements and was almost desperate. Then I remembered Brilliant Sky and came back. I shared my troubles with them, and they suggested that I take a helper back ， I give her a 2 hrs orientation of the job at my place.. The helper they recommended was new to Singapore and couldn't communicate well. Although I'm a bit impatient, I could see she was a kind person. What impressed me was how the agency cared for the helpers—when the helper cried, they comforted her immediately. It’s clear they train their helpers well, not just in skills but also in emotional management. I even helped Yan Di with her medical treatment, and now she’s recovered. Though she can’t do heavy work, we still treat her as family and want her to be an advisor for us. In the future, I will definitely continue to hire helpers from Brilliant Sky. I truly appreciate this agency because they genuinely care about both helpers and employers. They understand what employers need and have rich experience. This is why my friend recommended them to me in the first place. I hope my review can help those who, like me, have been deceived by other agencies with untruthful information about helpers and endless replacements. Brilliant Sky is a reliable choice.

I am very disappointed with the service from Brilliant Agency. There was no update at all regarding the payment for the runner to send my helper back to Myanmar. When I called to clarify, I spoke to Joycelyn, who was rude, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. She initially did not mention anything about runner fees, yet later claimed that I “did not want to pay after being informed.” When I tried to clarify the situation, she spoke very rudely, refused to provide any update, and even hung up the call. She told me to “find out on my own,” which is completely unacceptable for an agency handling important matters like this. I have recommended many people to hire helpers from Brilliant Agency in the past, but after this incident, I truly regret doing so. What’s even more concerning is that after checking with the airline and ICA, there were no records or details of my helper, despite the agency claiming she was sent back. This clearly shows she was never sent to the airport and the flight ticket that I paid for was forfeited. Despite the poor experience with some staff, I would like to acknowledge Doris, who was responsible and helpful throughout my issues with my helper’s behaviour. Her professionalism really stood out. Unfortunately, the actions and attitude of the other staff overshadow the good work she has done. Because of the unprofessional behaviour, lack of transparency, and refusal to provide proper updates, I will not recommend this agency to anyone moving forward. Even Alice did not respond to my messages when I reached out for updates. This reflects very poorly on the agency as a whole.

Ms Doris Goh has been an excellent help. She based on my needs and recommended a helper. She even allows me to introduce her to my elderly mother who is hospitalised. The helper is friendly and warm to my sick mum. It turns out that both like each other mutually. I will recommend you to know Doris excellent service level.

Am new to selecting a new helper few years ago.I am glad to know Jocelyn as she has been the most helpful and efficient agent whenever I had queries. This is the 2nd time I have engage her service as the previous one has to go home after renewing for another 2 years.Am happy with the helpers that the agency have selected professionally. No issue at all with these 2 helpers I have chosen. A happy customer definitely will recommend to friends. My friend who also just got a helper from Jocelyn and is very happy with it. I have been using this agency for the past 6 years. Joycelyn has been very helpful n patient when selecting maids to suit my requirements. Anytime I have issues with The Maid she is there to help me. I have used other agencies but this is the best agent I found. She is professional and honest I would definitely recommend anyone who wants a maid to see her. All my friends that I recommend to Joycelyn is very happy with her service.
