When booking a physiotherapy session, it helps to come prepared with a clear description of your presenting condition — whether that is acute pain, a sports injury, post-surgical rehabilitation, or a chronic musculoskeletal issue. The first appointment typically involves an assessment of your mobility, strength, and movement patterns before a treatment plan is discussed. Sessions may be one-off or part of a recurring programme depending on the nature and severity of your condition; confirm at the outset whether a package commitment is expected and what the cancellation policy is. If you intend to make an insurance claim, check whether a GP referral or specialist letter is required by your insurer, as this can affect reimbursement.
To make an enquiry or book an assessment, reach out to Calibrate Health via WhatsApp, phone, or the online contact form — all three channels are available.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the AHPC public register before treatment.
I can’t recommend Ryan highly enough. He has been instrumental in supporting my post-surgery recovery, taking the time to understand my specific challenges and tailoring each session to help me progress safely and confidently. His approach is thoughtful, thorough and reassuring. I always leave feeling both physically better and more optimistic about my recovery. The team at Calibrate are equally wonderful. The staff are warm, welcoming and genuinely supportive, which makes every visit a positive experience. I’m incredibly grateful for the care I’ve received and would wholeheartedly recommend Ryan and the team at Calibrate to anyone looking for expert, compassionate osteopathic care.
I’ve been seeing Hui Meng for physiotherapy after my knee surgery and have seen significant improvement in my recovery. He is very professional, patient, and knowledgeable. The clinic environment is great and the staff are all friendly too. I always look forward to my sessions there.
The team at Calibrate have been very helpful in my recovery from a shoulder injury. Vidisha has been a compassionate and knowledgeable physiotherapist and Matt was also wonderful in supporting my recovery. The onsite exercise equipment is fairly substantial which is perfect for strengthening while under the care the team.
A welcoming, thoughtfully designed space run by experienced professionals who are genuinely passionate about what they do. The team takes a holistic approach to treatment, drawing from multiple modalities to tailor care to what your body needs. The osteopaths are knowledgeable and attentive and care about long-term progress, not just quick fixes. Highly recommend Calibrate Health… just please leave a few appointment slots for me :)
I’ve been having neck and upper back pain especially over my right traps and shoulder blade area, with a clicking shoulder bone. The neck pain has bugged me for more than a year. Sometimes the right shoulder pain would go down my arm too :(. I really appreciate how Vidisha really went to the root of the problem I was having. She did a comprehensive assessment of my condition and noted that I have winging on my right scapula region due to a past postural issue, strain my upper traps a lot due to long hours on my computer along with carrying heavy bags. She also mentioned which muscle groups need to be stretched out and which ones need to be strengthened specifically. I truly appreciate how thorough Vidisha was - she truly tried to identify every possible thing that could have happened and took an all-rounded approach to treatment. You could see that she really cares about her patients and getting them well!! The treatment included specialised manual therapy, pain relief modalities and a personalised exercise programme to help reduce my pain and improve my posture. After just one session with Vidisha, I had no more pain radiating down my right arm, the pain around my neck and upper traps has reduced too! Overall, 10/10 recommend Calibrate and Vidisha for really addressing the root of the problem. Glad to be on my road to recovery with Vidisha and I can’t wait to be back for my next session!!

Calibrate Health has not published specific session rates on their listing. In Singapore, physiotherapy consultations typically run S$80–180 per session for private clinics, with an initial assessment often priced higher than follow-up sessions. Package rates (for example, six or ten sessions purchased in advance) usually reduce the per-session cost by 10–20%. Confirm the full fee structure — including any additional charges for modalities such as dry needling, ultrasound therapy, or taping — before your first appointment. Ask whether GST is included in the quoted rate. See the full physiotherapy cost guide for Singapore →
Most physiotherapy clinics in Singapore accept self-referred clients — you do not need a GP letter to book a first appointment. However, if you plan to claim through an integrated shield plan, a corporate insurance policy, or Medisave (for approved conditions), your insurer may require a referral letter or specialist memo, so check your policy terms before attending. The first visit at a physiotherapy clinic typically involves a detailed intake assessment: the physiotherapist will ask about your medical history, onset and nature of symptoms, and any imaging or reports you have from a doctor. Bring any relevant X-rays, MRI reports, or discharge summaries. Contraindications — such as active fractures, deep vein thrombosis, or certain skin conditions — may affect which treatment techniques can be used.
Physiotherapists practising in Singapore must be registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) under the Allied Health Professions Act. You can verify any physiotherapist's registration by searching the AHPC public register at the Ministry of Health website using the practitioner's full name before booking. Registration with AHPC confirms the practitioner holds a recognised physiotherapy qualification and is subject to a code of professional conduct. Some physiotherapists hold additional postgraduate credentials in areas such as sports physiotherapy, musculoskeletal physiotherapy, or manual therapy — it is reasonable to ask about the treating physiotherapist's area of specialisation if your condition is specific. No regulatory licences have been listed for Calibrate Health on KakiList at present; confirm the treating physiotherapist's AHPC registration directly with the clinic.
