Birthday celebration in Capella. We enjoyed ourselves alot! The room was fantastic, with a nice living room area to watch your favourite shows The vanity area is huge. Feel relax and nice to chill in the room The crew/staff from the reception & restaurants were friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. I have to say, the service was amazing! Most of important, our furkid cab come along with us to the restaurants! Oh I also have to give compliments to the fantastic breakfast we had. A wide spread of food to enjoy Would definitely recommend to family & friends and I am looking forward to come back for another staycation
I had an amazing stay at Capella, and the service was truly top-notch. We had a late dinner at Fiamma, ordering just a few drinks and an appetiser. As it was quite late, we decided to take the main course to go. However, the restaurant staff member, Kalai, kindly recommended that the meal be served in our room instead. It was such a thoughtful and considerate gesture. The next morning, we returned to the same restaurant for breakfast. The food was fantastic, offering a great variety with both a buffet and free-flowing mains. The manager Canny was very friendly, and all the staff were equally welcoming and attentive. Before leaving, we decided to relax by the pool, where we met Nelvin. He treated us warmly and generously offered ice cream and frozen grapes to help us cool down in the heat. As we departed the property, we were greeted by the bellman, who was also friendly and helpful. In particular, we would like to thank Logesh, along with a few other staff members whose names I unfortunately can’t recall, as well as Fandi from the Front Office. Thank you, Capella, for the wonderful accommodations and exceptional service. It was truly a memorable stay.
From the minute we arrived, we were impressed with the warmth and genuine greetings we received. Service all round was impressive. Each and every staff we interacted with showed how genuine they were in serving us. This included the online concierge who was most helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals from High Tea, Dinners and Breakfast. The rooms were impressive! We have already recommended some relatives to consider Capella for their next staycation.
We chose Capella Singapore to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and somehow a simple staycation turned into a full-blown “are we secretly royalty?” experience. Honestly, if I could give 6 stars, I absolutely would. I originally booked a Premier King Garden Room, but upon arrival we were unexpectedly upgraded to a One-Bedroom Villa — and the best part is, I didn’t even ask. That moment alone already set the tone for the stay: thoughtful, generous, and quietly impressive. Service throughout the resort was impeccable. Every staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming — the kind of hospitality that feels natural rather than scripted. One of the fun perks here is the buggy service around the property. You can call for a buggy anytime to get around the resort. In fact, I called one to go to Fiamma, only to realise later that my villa was basically… right next to it. The ride took about 20 seconds. I felt a little embarrassed for making the driver come all the way just for that, but he greeted us with the biggest smile like it was the most normal thing in the world. That level of kindness really stuck with me. The buggy can even take you all the way down to the carpark directly to your car, which is such a small but incredibly thoughtful touch. From the beautiful grounds to the exceptional service, everything about this stay felt special. We had such a wonderful anniversary here, and it’s safe to say this won’t be our last visit. Capella have officially set the bar very high for staycations. We’ll definitely be back. 🌿✨
