We stayed at this hotel from Feb 17-21, 2026. Family of 4 (2 kids ages 5 and 8). This was part of a larger trip including Penang and Bangkok. We love this hotel! We booked this hotel through Amex FHR. We received a room upgrade on arrival. The room was huge, with more than enough space for the 4 of us. Luxurious bathroom and shower. Fantastic amenities. Staff always helpful and smiling. Location is perfect with direct connection to MRT (City Hall station). Bus stops also nearby. Great breakfast with lots of options. Only negative would be small gym and pool. We were so sad to leave. Will definitely return!

We stayed here twice in the last month and both times were spectacular. They REALLY know service and the rooms are 5-star. We had a suite with a balcony. The breakfast each morning is divine, there are automatic curtains in each room, the bathrooms are high end and luxurious, they even include bubble bath, and the staff is truly incredible. The location next to the subway is great as well. We had an early flight to Thailand and it was a quick trip to Chiangi. The staff at the hotel made our stay very memorable and we will certainly be back. This was our first time to Singapore but it won’t be our last. We already booked our flights for November and we will be staying here again!

Just spent 3 days here , we were celebrating a special anniversary, the hotel made it special even more special. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous. The design of the hotel is beautiful. The staff are very helpful and friendly. (Especially Cheryl who was so kind and helpful) Breakfast is just wonderful, anything you could wish for . Food quality excellent.
