Working with Huiwen has been an absolute breeze. She is highly experienced in her field and has a keen eye for design and color. Finding an interior designer who is honest, realistic, and responsive is very important to me, and Huiwen embodies all of these qualities. She is steady and firm with her contractors, yet carries a calming and assuring personality that made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. Any minor issues I encountered were resolved quickly and efficiently. The in-house carpenters demonstrated exceptional skill, and their workmanship was truly superior. Most importantly, the entire renovation was completed within budget. Highly recommended if you want to have more control over your home renovation. after meeting quite a few IDs, we decided to go ahead with Jay from Carpenter Direct. Jay is sincere, genuine and has the trust worthy vibe which's one of the reason we choose them over other firms. we are also very satisfy end product of the carpentry work. The quality is very good. the 3D render is also accurate and very close to final product. Jay completed the job within the timeline given although there was restricted by the availability of worker time slot. Area of improvement - protection layer should also cover existing wardrobe to prevent dust going into it. Overall, they are reliable and excellent carpentry work!

Design stage was adequate so Very effective design was possible. Execution was excellent In terms of meeting the schedule and no corrections or rework. Able to move from a five room house to a three room house without much of a compromise in accommodation for two seniors. Knew the designers work executed for my children and relatives hence had the confidence which was in no way compromised. The quotation was supported with 3D and elevation drawings for easy comprehension. Thanks to IDs Ansel and Jay 🙏

We worked with Jay and Ansel during a 10 months period from first meetup till project completion. We were so satisfied every step along the way. The communication was always transparent and timely, making the experience of working together a comfortable one. Actually chose them after meeting with 8 designers in total, due their pricing being competitive and because we felt we could trust them. The workmanship of their team is solid, the quality of tiling and carpentry is great. Project completion went ahead according to the agreed timeline. When there were minor issues, we could rectify them smoothly. Looking back after a long process, we are extremely thankful that Jay and Ansel were our designers. They delivered and we can wholeheartedly recommend working with them.

The renovation works done by the carpenter were excellent, with high-quality workmanship and great attention to detail. Working directly with the carpenter made communication smooth and efficient. A special mention to my Interior Designer, Jay, who was extremely efficient and professional throughout the entire process. Jay walked me through every stage of the renovation, kept me well informed of the progress, and ensured everything was completed smoothly and on time. Overall, I am very satisfied with the renovation experience.
