About Changi Cove Hotel

About Changi Cove Hotel

Changi Cowe Hotel is a venue rental provider located at 351 Cranwell Road, Singapore 509866, catering to events across the island. KakiList has verified its operating details and contact channels. It holds a 4.2/5 rating across 1,340 Google reviews, a robust sample that lends reasonable confidence to the score, though prospective hirers should visit in person before committing.

Enquiries typically begin by confirming the event format — standing cocktail, banquet round-table, or theatre seating — since capacity varies considerably between layouts, with cocktail configurations typically accommodating 1.5 to 2 times the banquet seated count. From there, clarify the F&B arrangement: whether catering is in-house, whether an external caterer is permitted (and the applicable corkage or approved-caterer list), and whether bar service is available under a Liquor Licence. Check the A/V provision — PA system, projector, screen, and microphones — aircon hours, noise curfew, parking, and the setup and teardown access windows, which often fall outside the rented time slot. For wedding solemnisations, confirm whether the venue is a registered ROM solemnisation venue or whether a Justice of the Peace must be arranged separately. Accessibility — lift, ramp, and accessible toilets — is worth verifying given the Changi location.

Contact Changi Cove Hotel directly via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to confirm date availability, check capacity for your specific event format, and arrange a site recce before paying any deposit.

Good sleep after the flight but it is a bit out of the way. Reception was pleasant and helpful. More a convention centre than tourist location but it was interesting to me due to family history. Changi Chapel and Museum nearby.

I stayed here during a long layover between flights. The location is away from the hustle and bustle, making it very quiet and peaceful. The staff were friendly, and both the rooms and floors were spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again if I visit this country for sightseeing!!!

I would like to compliment the front desk Jason for his wonderful service and customer centric thinking. He was friendly and really helped us out with the check in process which was a bit complicated due to my error. Nonetheless he managed to resolved it quickly. Thank you very much! This hotel is a pretty good place to have a quiet getaway. The room is well furnished, the in house restaurant serves great food and you get access to csc facilities. Would come again next time

Photos of hotel rooms looks exactly the same as in person. 💖 Hotel’s intention is a place for people to recharge and disconnect from the stress of city life. It truly is serene and feels like a resort. Ideal for staycation or tourists that need to be close to the airport Completely secluded is a peaceful feeling. Bus shuttle services are available with timetable to Changi Village or Pasir Ris MRT. Very close to Changi boardwalks and the beach to explore. Lots of beautiful bird species by the beach. I stayed here for 2 weeks. You get complementary breakfast. Great selection of porridge, pao, eggs made on the spot by chef, bacon/ham/sausage, fried rice, danish or toast, milk and fresh juice, cereal, cut fruits, small salad bar, yogurts. All rooms are air conditioned with a pod coffee machine and television. Bathrooms are great. Wish there was a bidet. The shower pressure and the water gets hot fast. Very impressive. Hotel built on a hill and it takes a walk to reach your room. Initially you may get confused. The walk from hotel and room is scenic. Calming. If you need a space to talk loudly you can go to the AC guest lounge.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Changi Cove Hotel charge?

Venue rental pricing at Changi Cowe Hotel is structured as packages rather than a simple hourly rate, so the total cost depends on event format, duration, and inclusions. As a general Singapore market reference, function rooms run S$100–500 per hour with a 2–4 hour minimum, and ballroom or larger event spaces typically start at S$1,500–8,000 for a half-day package and S$8,000–30,000 or more for a full-day event. Itemise what is included before signing: aircon hours, basic A/V (PA, projector, screen), on-site staff, and cleaning. Common add-ons include external-caterer corkage (typically S$3–8 per pax), in-house F&B minimum spend, liquor corkage if BYO, extended-hours surcharges, and photography or videography permits. Contact Changi Cove Hotel directly for a tailored quote. See the full venue rental cost guide for Singapore →

What capacity and F&B policy does Changi Cove Hotel have?

Capacity varies significantly by layout — a space that seats 150 for a banquet round-table will typically hold 225–300 for a standing cocktail reception. Confirm the exact figures for your intended format when you enquire. For F&B, clarify whether catering is in-house only, whether an external caterer is permitted (with or without a corkage fee, and whether there is an approved-caterer list), or whether BYO arrangements apply. In-house F&B venues usually set a minimum spend per pax in lieu of a hall fee. For liquor, check whether the venue has a Liquor Licence for house service or allows BYO with corkage. For wedding solemnisations, confirm whether Changi Cove Hotel is a registered ROM venue or whether you need to arrange a Justice of the Peace independently.

What's the booking and cancellation policy at Changi Cove Hotel?

A deposit — typically 30–50% of the total package value — is standard to secure the date, with the balance usually due one to two weeks before the event. Popular Saturday evenings, particularly during wedding season in March, April, October, and November, can book out six to twelve months in advance. Before paying the deposit, confirm the noise curfew (typically 10–11pm for venues near residential areas), parking arrangements, accessibility, and what happens in a force-majeure scenario such as a public-health restriction or severe weather — reputable venues usually allow rescheduling within six to twelve months without forfeiting the deposit. Do a site recce in person before committing. Put the F&B policy, A/V inclusions, noise curfew, setup and teardown access windows, and rescheduling terms in writing before paying the deposit.
