Pathetic customer experience. Please dont hire from this agency. There is no guideline from MOM that on helper termination, helper must be returned to agency only. As long as you clear helper dues, provide an airfare and meal allowance back home, employer is also legally allowed to send helper back home. This agency did not provide us a refund or replacement when their helper left our home within 3 months of joining. They very smartly draft the contracts to make sure you receive no refund. This agency is out their to fleece money, please do not hire. Agency owner Sunita has no etiquettes how to talk to employers. One of the most rude ladies I have come across.

I would give it a 0-star rating. After charging a placement fee and an agency fee, which cost us a fortune, they didn't even properly check if the helper could read or write—not just English, but even Hindi. How will she survive in Singapore when she's working for a couple who both have to go to the office? They claimed the helper knows how to cook a lot of Indian food, but in reality, she knows nothing. They not only charge the employer but also the helper. The poor helper will lose a lot of money if we decide to let her go as she doesnt want to go to this agency as they treat her very badly.
