Had a consultation session with 赵英杰 and it was an extremely unhappy experience. From the onset, he was 狗眼看人低 and very cold towards my mom who was suffering from cancer. We queued and waited for the consultation, and it seems like he is just interested in the money and can’t wait to dismiss the patients as quickly as possible. I hope his license gets suspended

I consulted `Dr' Pan Hong Ling for my eczema condition. She was unprofessional and prescribed medication that actually caused my eczema to flair up. Also, the verbal instructions she gave and the printed instructions on the medication package were totally different. She was haphazard in the way that she asked her questions and appeared to have forgotten to take my pulse until almost the end of the session. Stay away from this medical institution. Their SOP is very confusing and there is no proper diagnosis.

Medicine is alright. However, we bought our 93 year old grandmother to visit the institution. It was raining and we're stuck at the gantry. We tried pressing the gantry call help for assistance but it was to no avail to the extent that my grandmother has to walk out to the main road. Perhaps the medical institution can look into giving grace period for drop off or pick up of patients. It will definitely benefit many patients.
