We are very satisfied with our renovation experience with Ciseern, especially working with Ray Chua. From start to finish, Ray was attentive, honest, and very mindful of our budget. My ID Hong Sin Yee is a professional despite being young. I like her fresh ideas of producing layouts after listening to my style for my two-room flexi flat. I worked very well with her because she respected my preferences. She was cooperative, a good listener and managed the renovations schedule well. Thank you for returning my calls immediately, also the whatsapp messages. Even being available after renovations were done. She used Celuka waterproof board for the sink area so the carpentry will last for a long time in the high moisture area. I recently had the pleasure of working with Albert Chung from Ciseern for my home renovation, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the start, Albert impressed me with his pleasant personality and quick responses to WhatsApp queries. His enthusiasm for his job shines through, and he presents himself exceptionally well in his profession. What stood out to me was Albert's mindfulness of my needs. He skillfully balanced aesthetics with functionality while keeping my budget in mind. He truly understands my requirements and enhances them with his professionalism. We engaged Rex from Ciseern for the renovation of our maisonette, and overall we’re very happy with the experience and final outcome. We decided to go with Rex after our first meeting as he genuinely listened to our needs and understood what we wanted to achieve. One of our key requirements was to future-proof the Level 1 study so it can be converted into a small bedroom in the future, and Rex was open to the idea and planned for it properly from the start. On Level 2, he made good use of what would otherwise be wasted walkway space. By adjusting part of the third bedroom and slightly reducing the common bathroom, he managed to create a helper’s room without making the layout feel cramped. Along the way, he would also share useful tips and tricks to save money on certain things, which we found very helpful. Like any renovation, there were a few moments where follow-ups or clarifications were needed, especially during busier periods, but issues raised were addressed and never ignored. What we really appreciated was that Rex is still responsive even after final payment, and he also helped to coordinate with other contractors during the renovation, which made things much easier for us as homeowners. Now that we’re living in the house, the space works well for daily use and still gives us flexibility for the future. Overall, it was a positive experience, and we would recommend Rex from Ciseern to homeowners looking for a responsive ID who listens, plans thoughtfully, and provides practical advice along the way.
