About City Osteopathy & Physiotherapy (CBD Robinson)

City Osteopathy & Physiotherapy (CBD Robinson) is a physiotherapy and osteopathy practice based at Novena Medical Center, serving clients across Singapore. It holds a KakiList verified status and carries a 5/5 rating across 335 Google reviews — a robust sample that provides a meaningful indication of consistent service quality. New clients typically begin with a first consultation and clinical assessment, during which the practitioner reviews the presenting condition — whether musculoskeletal pain, post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injury, postural issues, or a chronic complaint — and agrees a treatment plan. Sessions may combine physiotherapy modalities (manual therapy, exercise prescription, dry needling, or electrotherapy) with osteopathic techniques depending on the practitioner assigned. Clients should bring any relevant imaging, specialist referral letters, or medical reports to the first appointment. Those intending to claim under Medisave, integrated shield plan insurance, or corporate health benefits are advised to confirm coverage and referral requirements before booking, as some insurers require a GP or specialist referral letter for reimbursement.

To arrange a first appointment, contact City Osteopathy & Physiotherapy (CBD Robinson) via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form, and state your presenting condition and preferred appointment slot.

I have always had a great experience at City Osteopathy and Physiotherapy. It’s a professional, clean, and well-organized clinic, where the entire team of osteopaths and physiotherapists works with high competence and genuine care for their patients. I have known Davide Bonanata for over a year, and I can confidently say he is an exceptional osteopath. From the very first session, his professionalism and expertise are evident: he can quickly identify the root of the problem and create a targeted, effective treatment plan. What I appreciate most about Davide Bonanata is his human approach to patient care. He listens attentively, explains each step of the treatment clearly, and makes you feel completely at ease. Having someone who speaks my own language, Italian, makes the visits even more comfortable and reassuring — almost like being at home. Additionally, his international experience, including time in New Zealand, has given him a remarkable ability to connect with people, understanding different needs with empathy and attention. I highly recommend Davide Bonanata to anyone looking for a professional, skilled, and attentive osteopath — someone who not only addresses physical issues but also makes you feel supported and confident throughout the entire treatment process.

I had a really good experience with the physiotherapist Madeline Soh. She is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain my condition in detail so I could clearly understand what was happening and why I was experiencing the pain. I really appreciated how patient and thorough she is in answering my questions. She also gave practical advice on how to manage the issue, including guiding me on the proper use of a wrist guard and how it could help support recovery. The explanation was again very clear. In addition, the receptionist was very friendly and approachable, which made the whole visit feel welcoming and comfortable from the moment I arrived. Overall, I’m very grateful for the professional guidance and the effort she put into educating me about my condition. It made a big difference in helping me feel reassured and better prepared to manage the problem.

Madeline is an exceptional physiotherapist! I came to see her for a shoulder issue and her expertise was evident immediately. She is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the 'why' behind every part of my treatment plan. We focused on shoulder mobility and her use of therapy, dry needling, or specific corrective exercises made a noticeable difference from the very first session. Thanks to her guidance and the tailored home exercise program, I’ve seen a significant improvement in my range of motion/strength. If you’re looking for a physio who is professional, thorough, and genuinely invested in your progress, I highly recommend Madeline! Five stars for both her skill and her patient-centered approach!

Because of my leg condition, I wasn’t able to attend gym classes or exercise like I used to for almost a year. My physiotherapist, Andrew, took the time to carefully listen to my situation and understand the goals I wanted to achieve. He then designed a rehabilitation plan that was realistic and sustainable for me, and he closely monitored my progress after each session. Initially, I thought the best outcome would simply be being painfree. But after several rehabilitation treatments and training sessions, I was able to return to gym classes and workouts again. More importantly, I’ve learned how to train without reinjuring my leg something I never expected would be possible. I’m truly grateful for Andrew’s support and encouragement throughout this process. If needed, I would definitely return to City Osteopathy & Physiotherapy Novena. Rehabilitation is not just about treatment or massage, it’s about learning how to use your body better.

They took time to understand my concerns and explained everything clearly, which really helped put me at ease. The treatment felt professional and thoughtful, and I could tell they were very knowledgeable. Greatly recommended.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does City Osteopathy & Physiotherapy (CBD Robinson) charge per session?

Specific session fees are not publicly listed and should be confirmed directly with the clinic. As a general Singapore market reference, physiotherapy consultations typically run S$80–180 per session at private clinics, with osteopathy sessions often in the S$120–220 range. Initial assessments may be priced differently from follow-up sessions, and package rates are sometimes available for clients committing to a course of treatment. Confirm the full fee structure — including any assessment surcharge, materials such as taping or consumables, and whether GST applies — before your first appointment. If you plan to claim under a corporate health benefit or integrated shield plan, ask the clinic to confirm the billing format required by your insurer. Do I need a referral or assessment first?

A GP or specialist referral is not required to book directly with City Osteopathy & Physiotherapy (CBD Robinson) — clients can self-refer. However, if you intend to claim physiotherapy costs under MediSave (which permits limited withdrawals for approved chronic conditions under the Chronic Disease Management Programme), or under an integrated shield plan or corporate insurance, a referral letter from a GP or specialist may be required by your insurer or the Medisave scheme. At the first appointment, expect an intake assessment covering your medical history, the onset and nature of your condition, any relevant imaging or previous treatment, and your functional goals. Bring any MRI, X-ray, or specialist letters you have. Certain conditions — such as undiagnosed neurological symptoms, recent fractures, or post-surgical rehabilitation — may require clearance from the treating doctor before manual therapy begins.

Is the practitioner licensed?

Physiotherapists in Singapore are regulated by the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) under the Ministry of Health. All practising physiotherapists must hold a valid AHPC registration, which is verifiable on the AHPC public register at healthprofessionals.gov.sg. Osteopaths are not currently regulated under a dedicated Singapore statute, so voluntary credentials and clinical training background are the primary indicators of competence for that modality — ask the practitioner about their degree, postgraduate training, and any professional association memberships. City Osteopathy & Physiotherapy (CBD Robinson) does not currently list specific regulatory licences on KakiList. Confirm the registration status and full name of the practitioner you will be seeing directly with the clinic before your appointment, and cross-check on the AHPC register if physiotherapy is the primary modality sought.
