During demolition, my backyard wall and cupboard was destroyed. It's my kids play area and just happened we came in to the house. The Contractor still commented that the wall was too thin that is why the wall broke. Not only did not apologize but still gave such comments. Protection during demolition was only the blue canvas sheet seen in the photos. They even erect a scaffolding on an awning!!! Only after feedback that it's affecting the structure, then they change to cantilever. A big log also fell from the site and damaged the backyard roof tiles. Again luckily no one was there. It's really terrible.

Over-promised, under-delivered. Handover delayed by 4 months. Rushed job and handed over the house in February this year. It’s October and they are still doing repair works (not touch up) on defects. They have been coming in since February on a regular basis (at least fortnightly) with multiple sub-contractors at any one time. Not the type of service to expect for $400,000 of fees paid (it’s not even A&A). Happy to share details for anyone who would like to find out more.
