We met Flora and immediately felt so comfortable with her. We knew we were happy to pay for the 3D render and also loved that we could adjust things along the way without penalty - this is such a good approach on hindsight. Flora is not only good at her ID job, she also has good people skills. Throughout the process, from planning to visualizing to executing - we felt well supported and knew that we were in good hands. We saw our dream home come together and she remained steady in discussing every single concern (big or small). Even now as we settle into the beautiful home that she designed for us - she does not hesitate to help us when we encounter any teething issues along the way. We are blessed to have met an honest and hardworking ID who takes pride and ownership in her work (we are also grateful for her boss, Jay, who personally came to help us out when she was away).

Writing this review a year after renovation to give a more well rounded review on the quality of the works done and the after renovation service. Our ID was Renny. Quality of work is good. One year in and no significant latent defects. Some superficial issues which I think should be expected with any renovation. Service is fantastic. During the renovation process, Renny showed us that we could trust her with the process as she was meticulous and detailed with the updates. We only went down once or twice during the whole renovation period. Bonus points to Renny for helping us deal with a troublesome neighbour too! It was a stress free process for us and we were very happy. Post renovation, whenever we had questions on installing new items in our house, Renny was always willing and quick to answer. This company does not drop the ball. I would say that if you are looking for a company that is trustworthy and is as interested in building your home as you are, this is the place to go to.
