About Complete Healthcare International Physio

About Complete Healthcare International Physio

Complete Healthcare International Physio is a physiotherapy practice located at 360 Orchard Road, International Building, offering services islandwide from Singapore. The clinic is KakiList-verified, meaning operating details and contact channels have been confirmed by a real person. It holds a 5/5 rating across 70 Google reviews, a moderate sample that suggests consistent patient satisfaction.

Patients typically begin with a first consultation where the physiotherapist conducts an assessment of the presenting condition — whether that is musculoskeletal pain, post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injury, neurological recovery, or a postural concern. From there, a treatment plan is discussed, covering session frequency, modalities to be used (such as manual therapy, dry needling, electrotherapy, or exercise rehabilitation), and whether a single-session approach or a recurring package better suits the individual's goals. It is worth confirming the cancellation and rescheduling policy before starting, as well as whether sessions are claimable under your Integrated Shield Plan or corporate insurance.

To take the next step, reach out to Complete Healthcare International Physio via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to describe your condition and book an initial assessment at the Orchard Road clinic.

I went to Dominic as my foot pain from Achilles tendinitis and bone spurs was not getting better after months of pain and limping. Dominic listens carefully, asks the right questions and tailors each session to my pain. He also coordinated my exercises with my gym trainer so that together, they provided a combination of exercise and physio focused on healing. He also changes the therapy based on my progress and needs. Thanks to him, I have decided not to go for surgery, I can walk normally now and the pain has subsided. I would certainly recommend him.

For the past year I have been going to see Chloe for physiotherapy at Edge and she's been amazing with assisting my recovery from several injuries and procedures. The sessions have always been constructive, aligned with my goals of getting back to sport and Chloe has provided me with practical exercises that I can take home to continue with between visits. I'm very happy with the progress we've managed to make within a year and I'm now back to doing activities which I thought might be out of reach for longer. Really, she's the best physiotherapist I've ever been to! The front desk team are also legends. Super friendly, cheerful and couldn't make managing appointments any easier. Very appreciative of the whole crew at Edge and I highly recommend them.

I’ve been seeing Chloe for physiotherapy due to ongoing knee pain, and the experience has been extremely positive from the very beginning. Chloe is very thorough in her assessments and took the time to really understand my symptoms, movement patterns, and daily activities. Through her treatment, she has helped me significantly reduce my knee pain and improve my overall mobility. What really stood out to me was her attention to detail. During my sessions, she also identified tightness and issues in my shoulder that I hadn’t noticed myself. She explained how this tightness could be affecting my overall movement and worked it into my treatment plan, which made a big difference. Chloe always explains what she’s doing and why, which makes the sessions both informative and reassuring. The exercises and advice she’s given me are easy to follow and clearly tailored to my needs. I genuinely feel that she cares about my progress and long-term recovery, not just short-term relief. Thanks to Chloe’s support and expertise, I feel stronger, more confident in my movements, and better equipped to manage my pain. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, attentive, and professional physiotherapist.

I was referred to Edge Healthcare and specifically Joanne Shaw by my specialist doctor for a shoulder pain. I saw Joanne twice and in these 2 therapies, she was amazing. She combines modern physiotherapy with acupuncture but most of all, she was very experienced and was able to point out the root causes rather than treating my symptoms. Long story short, after 2 sessions and some home exercises, I'm pain free. I highly recommend Joanne as an outstanding physiotherapist and also a very caring health provider. She checks in on me during the holidays to see if I'm OK. Thank you sincerely Joanne.

I’ve been seeing Chloe for my tennis elbow treatment, and she has been nothing short of amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and skilled in what she does. Thanks to her guidance and treatment, my pain has fully recovered, and I’ve seen significant improvement throughout the sessions. Chloe not only helped me heal but also taught me how to prevent the tennis elbow from recurring, which I really appreciate. I’m truly grateful for her care and expertise—highly recommended!

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Complete Healthcare International Physio charge per session?

Physiotherapy session fees in Singapore typically run S$80–160 per session for a standard consultation and treatment at a private clinic, with initial assessments sometimes priced higher to account for the extended time required. Package pricing is often available for patients committing to multiple sessions, which can reduce the per-session cost. Confirm whether the quoted fee covers the full session (assessment plus treatment) or whether modalities such as dry needling, ultrasound, or shockwave therapy carry add-on charges. Also check whether sessions are claimable under your Integrated Shield Plan, corporate health insurance, or CHAS — as direct billing arrangements vary by insurer and plan tier. Do I need a referral or assessment first?

A GP or specialist referral is not required to book a physiotherapy session at a private clinic in Singapore — you may self-refer directly. However, carrying a referral letter or recent medical report (such as an MRI, X-ray, or surgical discharge summary) allows the physiotherapist to begin treatment with full clinical context and can help if you intend to claim under an Integrated Shield Plan or corporate insurance, as some insurers require a referral for reimbursement. The first visit typically involves a detailed intake form covering your medical history, current medications, and the nature and duration of your complaint, followed by a physical assessment before any hands-on treatment begins. If you have cardiovascular conditions, recent fractures, or are post-operative, mention these when booking so the physiotherapist can confirm the clinic is equipped to manage your presentation.

Is the practitioner licensed?

Physiotherapists practising in Singapore must be registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) under the Allied Health Professions Act. Registration can be verified on the AHPC's public online register at ahpc.edu.sg — search by the practitioner's name before your first appointment. AHPC registration confirms the physiotherapist has met the required academic and clinical training standards. Voluntary membership in the Singapore Physiotherapy Association (SPA) is an additional signal of professional engagement. It is reasonable to ask the clinic for the treating physiotherapist's name and AHPC registration number so you can verify independently before committing to a course of treatment. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
