About ConnectMaid
ConnectMaid is a domestic helper placement agency operating islandwide from its Paya Lebar office. It has been verified by KakiList, meaning a real person confirmed its operating details and contact channels. The agency holds a 5/5 rating across 23 Google reviews, a moderate sample that provides reasonable directional confidence. Pricing is presented at the S$$ tier; specific placement fees were not provided at the time of listing, so prospective clients should request a written fee schedule directly.
When engaging ConnectMaid, you will typically discuss whether you need a new-hire helper or a transfer helper — the latter usually carries a lower placement fee. Source-country options commonly include Indonesia, the Philippines, Myanmar, and Sri Lanka, each with different salary expectations in the S$550–800 range. On top of the placement fee and monthly salary, households should budget for the monthly MOM levy: S$300 at the standard rate, or the concessionary S$60 if the household includes a child under 16, an elderly member aged 67 or above, or a person with a disability. Confirm what is bundled into the quoted fee — mandatory FDW insurance, the Settling-In Programme, medical examination, and Work Permit application — and what is billed separately. Ask about the replacement guarantee window and the process for early termination, including repatriation costs, which are borne by the household.
To proceed, contact ConnectMaid by phone or via the enquiry form on their listing, request an itemised written fee schedule, and verify their MOM Employment Agency (EA) Licence number on MOM's online EA directory before paying any deposit.
Verify the EA Licence number on MOM's online EA directory before paying any deposit, and read the agency contract's replacement, refund, and early-termination clauses.
Lynn is an exceptional agent. She is kind, sincere, and dedicated. Even though I didn’t end up hiring the helper we first confirmed (due to the helper’s own issues and eventually had to get a transfer maid instead). Throughout the whole month long journey, Lynn was very responsible, very responsive, kept to my schedule, and went above and beyond by sourcing from other channels just so I could meet my timeline. It’s rare to find someone who works with such heart and genuine care. Such a pity things didn’t work out this time, but I will definitely return to her services if needed in the future. Kudos to the company for having such an outstanding agent! I will wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone in need.
The staff is very helpful and friendly. This is first time for us to look for helper. Corrine helped us to get a helper who can speak some chinese. She also taught us what to do and ease out stress for being new in this area. Thank you so much for the help, Corrine!
Agent Corrine is helpful and resourceful in finding a helper who is a good fit for our family. Interviewing and placement processes were easy and stress-free with this Agency. Agent Corrine guided us in choosing a good helper, she also helped to pitch in for us and explained certain things in Bahasa Indonesia when we couldn't during the interviewing process with the helper. She always reassures us that if we face any problems, just to nudge her and she will be able to advise and mediate with helper and us. She knows how to handle difficult situations when the need arises. Thank you for the great service, Connect Maid Agency and Corrine! :)
Natasha has been helpful from the start of my enquiry till the handover of my helper. She is very transparent & clear in her responses & provide detailed explanation to us. I would definitely recommend her to those who would like to take a helper as her friendly & cheerful outlook makes us feel comfortable throughout. Good job to Natasha and the team. Thank you.
Fuss free and seamless experience. Corrine who served my family made sure to have mostly everything sorted out for us. It was simple and easy on our side. Thank you!

ConnectMaid presents its pricing at the S$$ tier, but specific placement fees were not published at the time of listing — request a written quote directly. As a market reference, placement fees for a new-hire helper typically run S$1,500–3,500, while transfer helpers usually cost S$500–1,500 in placement fees. On top of that, budget for the helper's monthly salary (S$550–800 depending on nationality and experience) and the monthly MOM levy (S$300 standard, or S$60 concessionary for qualifying households). Confirm what is bundled into the quoted fee — mandatory FDW insurance (~S$300–600 per year), the Settling-In Programme, medical examination, and Work Permit application — versus what is charged separately. Every legitimate maid agency in Singapore must hold an MOM Employment Agency (EA) Licence, which is verifiable on MOM's online EA directory by searching the agency's name or licence number. The licence number should appear on ConnectMaid's website, contracts, and invoices. ConnectMaid does not currently list any regulatory licences in its KakiList profile, so confirming the EA Licence number directly with the agency and cross-checking it on the MOM directory is an important step before paying any fees. EA Grading runs from A+ to C; agencies rated A+ or A typically have stronger compliance records and more structured complaint-handling processes. Hiring through an unlicensed agent is illegal, leaves you with no recourse if a placement breaks down, and can void your FDW insurance. Verify the EA Licence number on MOM's online EA directory before paying any deposit, and read the agency contract's replacement, refund, and early-termination clauses carefully.
A standard replacement guarantee typically covers a window of six months from the helper's arrival date, with one or more free replacements included if the placement proves to be a poor fit — whether due to skill mismatch, compatibility issues, or the helper's early departure. Confirm with ConnectMaid how many replacements are included, what circumstances void the guarantee (for example, if the household is deemed to have caused the breakdown), and what a replacement outside the guarantee window would cost. Also clarify the early-termination process: if a placement breaks down, the household is responsible for the repatriation flight, any refund of unused MOM levy, and Work Permit cancellation paperwork. These costs can add up, so understanding them upfront helps you plan. Ask for the replacement and early-termination terms in writing as part of the agency contract before signing.
