Excellent staff; friendly, attentive, genuine. The Executive Lounge was quite good with rotating small bites each night and special egg creations for breakfast. Ms. Rosa was a superb hostess! Also, the staff at the pool was great with a shoutout to Kesh from the restaurant. Room was spacious and well keep. Great housekeeping staff! The hotel is close to many nice areas and there is a convenient MRT station 2 minutes walk away. Can highly recommend a stay at the Conrad Marina Bay.

Fantastic experience at the Conrad! The gym and pool are excellent with brand-new equipment. Thanks to my Diamond membership, I enjoyed a seamless room upgrade. Special shoutout to Nurisa and Mark in the Executive Lounge and Peggy from Front Desk for the world-class service. Mark was especially helpful in arranging vegetarian options for my guest during tea time. Truly thoughtful service in a beautiful property with greatly convenient location in the city. The main reason I chose Conrad was the swimming pool. I had really been looking forward to spending relaxing time there under the Singapore sky. However, due to an unexpected thunderstorm forecast, the pool was temporarily closed. I honestly felt devastated, thinking, “Is my stay going to end without even dipping a foot in the water?” That’s when I met SKY from the fitness center. SKY calmly explained that the pool would reopen as soon as the weather warning was lifted. More importantly, the bright smile and genuine kindness shown throughout the interaction completely lifted my spirits. I visited twice — once in the evening and again the next morning — and both times SKY greeted me with the same warm and positive energy. In that moment, I realized that this hotel would be remembered not just for its facilities, but for its people. I would also like to extend my heartfelt thanks to a gentleman at the hotel lobby — I’m sorry that I may not remember his name correctly (was it Kai?). He always welcomed us with such a bright smile whenever we entered the hotel. His warm and cheerful presence made every return to the hotel feel special and comforting. Although I wasn’t able to fully enjoy the pool because of the weather, the kindness and professionalism of the staff turned what could have been a disappointment into a truly memorable stay. Facilities matter, of course — but in the end, it’s the people who define a hotel’s true quality. Thank you again to SKY and the wonderful lobby staff member. You truly changed the tone of my trip.

We stayed here for 4 nights and I have one word to describe our experience. Magnificent. The property has a great location, close proximity to Marina Bay, MRT and buses. From when we checked in to check out, the process was kind, hospitable and courteous. The staff was incredible and that is not an exaggeration. From the bell desk to waiters and other support staff, the hotel takes hospitality to another level. This review would not be complete without mentioning Risa and Mark in the Executive Lounge who went above and beyond their job, to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They are fabulous representatives of the hotel. Please recognize their contributions.

From start to finish, the experience was seamless, and the level of hospitality made me feel incredibly welcome and well-attended to throughout my visit. My room was impressively spacious, impeccably clean, and featured excellent amenities that made relaxing after a day of exploring very easy. The service across the hotel is truly excellent, but the concierge team deserves a special mention for their brilliant support. I am particularly grateful to Zahir for his exceptional care.
