Patients typically begin with an initial consultation during which the physiotherapist takes a full history, assesses movement, strength, and pain, and agrees on a treatment plan tailored to the presenting condition — whether that is post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injury, chronic back or neck pain, or a neurological or orthopaedic concern. Follow-up sessions can be booked as a single session or as a recurring package; frequency and total session count depend on clinical progress. Cancellation policies vary by clinic, so it is worth confirming the no-show window when booking, particularly if you are scheduling during peak CBD hours at the Raffles Quay location.
To make an appointment, contact Core Concepts (Camden) by phone or through the enquiry form on their listing, specifying your condition and preferred appointment time.

Serena is very experienced and meticulous. She was very patient and answered whatever queries I had. She was detailed in her explanations and explained everything in a manner that I could understand. Kesh was amazing. She worked on my back with absolute precision and was able to pinpoint where the knots were and release them. I really appreciate the care that was given to me.
Core concepts physiotherapy has been amazing in my recovery journey after a hip disorder diagnosis. When I went in first, I had perpetual pain and some mobility compromise. The professionals here are experienced and super nice, and make you feel very comfortable right off the bat. The diagnosis was detailed and very well explained to me and the sessions included pain management as well as strengthening exercises. I saw positive results very soon and am very thankful. They also charted out a clear follow-up and maintenance level for my exercises during discharge which makes me confident to manage my condition myself. Shout-out to Serena, Myra and Haikal for the help! They're great, highly recommended.
Was struggling with daily heel pain and had a couple of physio sessions with Kesh to treat the plantar fasciitis issue. Kesh was thorough in assessing my condition, and gave practical and simple exercises that I could do at home. Compiled with the physio sessions, I felt improvement in my condition. Hopefully the pain can continue improving with the next few sessions!
I’ve seen Heiko for a couple of times now and he is quick to help make some tweaks to the exercises so as to ‘fire up’ the specific muscles more quickly. A friendly trainer whom I will highly recommend to anyone out there. Thanks, Heiko!
Highly professional & effective. The place is great and BK, Randall & Haikal really know their stuff. My back pain has improved significantly after attending the physio sessions

Core Concepts (Camden) is priced at a mid-range level ($$), but specific per-session fees were not provided in this listing and should be confirmed directly with the clinic before booking. In Singapore, physiotherapy consultations typically range from S$80–150 for an initial assessment and S$70–130 for follow-up sessions at private clinics. Package rates for a block of sessions often offer a modest discount over single-session pricing. Confirm whether your health insurance or Integrated Shield Plan covers outpatient physiotherapy — many plans do, but require a GP or specialist referral. Also ask about the cancellation or no-show policy, as some clinics charge a partial fee for late cancellations. See the full physiotherapy cost guide for Singapore →
Most physiotherapy clinics in Singapore accept self-referrals — you do not need a GP or specialist letter to book a first appointment. However, a referral letter can be useful if you intend to claim under a Medisave-approved or insurance-covered plan, as some insurers require it for reimbursement. On your first visit, expect to complete an intake form covering your medical history, current medications, and the nature of your complaint. The physiotherapist will then carry out a physical assessment before beginning any treatment. If your condition involves recent surgery, fractures, or a diagnosed neurological condition, bringing any relevant imaging reports or discharge summaries will help the clinician plan your treatment more precisely.
Physiotherapists practising in Singapore must be registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) under the Allied Health Professions Act. Registration is verifiable on the AHPC public register at https://www.healthprofessionals.gov.sg — search by the physiotherapist's name before your first appointment. No specific regulatory licences were listed for Core Concepts (Camden) in this directory entry. It is reasonable to ask the clinic directly for the consulting physiotherapist's AHPC registration number, particularly if you are seeking treatment for a complex or post-surgical condition. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the AHPC public register before treatment.
