We give them the autonomy to decide on the design and colour scheme for our cabinets. They delivered with top workmanship. They are passionate and knowledgeable in their area of expertise. Big thank you to both Loy and Justin for designing and managing our renovation project. We have received much compliments on the carpentry and lightings. We took the aluminum cabinets for kitchen and bathroom, as well as eco ply for the rest of the carpentry. For my first home renovation years back, I dealt directly with a contractor. Comparing to my recent experience with Cozy Ideas, I think it is way better to engage an interior designer. I engaged Loy and Peter from Cozy Ideas for our BTO renovations, recommended through a friend who previously had their renovations done by them too. Unlike many other interior designers we spoke to, Loy and Peter did not jump straight into the scope of renovation- they took time to understand our lifestyle, habits and design preferences before discussing any plans. This thoughtful approach stood out to us. Subsequently, they presented two different layout options based on our floor plan and walked us through the rationale behind each design, and I can tell that they were creative and thoughtful in his planning, maximizing space efficiently while keeping our ideal aesthetics in mind. Their quotation wasn’t the lowest but we chose to proceed with them because of the confidence, creativity, patience they gave us. As first-time homeowners, these aspects were so important to us. The support they gave during and after the handover was also commendable. I enjoyed the process of building my new home with Loy and Peter.
