My husband and I have very different preferences when it comes to our home design, but our ID, Melvin, was incredibly patient in understanding both our styles and striking the perfect balance between them. He never rushed us and always took the time to explain options, suggest alternatives, and make sure we were comfortable with every decision. He was also extremely responsive throughout the entire renovation journey, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. We had a great experience working with Stella on the renovation of our 5-room HDB BTO (113 sqm, 3 bedrooms). She handled our full renovation including carpentry and electrical works, and overall we’re very happy with how everything turned out. Stella was always very open to our ideas but also honest about what was feasible within our budget. She helped us quickly filter out things that would be impractical or unnecessarily expensive, while still doing her best to bring our vision to life. In many ways she executed what we had in mind, but her guidance helped refine the details along the way. One of our favourite features is the wooden laminate she suggested installing over the original HDB beams, which really helped tie together the modern farmhouse theme we were going for. It’s a small design decision that made a big difference to the overall look of the home. Communication throughout the project was very good. Stella was responsive during the renovation process and, importantly, remained just as responsive even after completion and final payment whenever we needed small rectification works. Like any renovation, there were a couple of hiccups along the way. For example, our island mortar base was initially misaligned and there was a miscommunication that led to painters painting over the wrong door frames. However, Stella took accountability and arranged for these issues to be rectified quickly, which we really appreciated. On the budget side, she was transparent with her quotations and we never felt like there were hidden costs. Where possible, she also tried to accommodate our requests without being overly calculative about every small item. Overall, we’re very happy with the outcome. We love living in our home and have received many positive comments from guests about the design and finishes. We would definitely recommend Stella to others and would happily work with her again in the future.

We have engaged Stella to be our ID for our new condo. First impression of her was that she was detailed in her job. She planned everything out based on our tight schedule to complete within 1.5 months. During the reno process, she made sure all contractors do their job properly and on schedule. After speaking with several interior designers, we were introduced to Justin through friends who had renovated their homes with him. From our very first meeting, we knew he was the right fit for us. Out of the five designers we met, Justin was the only one who showed genuine interest in understanding our needs and working closely with us. He took the time to learn about our lifestyle, preferences, and personal style, and asked thoughtful questions about how we envisioned our home. By the second meeting, he had already prepared a quick render of what our space could look like. This is something none of the others offered. His swift, intuitive approach truly set him apart from others. You can expect that quality from him when dealing with him. Now that the renovation is complete and our home has been handed back to us, I can confidently say that it is a space we absolutely love. We hardly want to leave the house; it feels perfect and exactly aligned with what we had hoped for. As most 3-room units in Singapore tend to be compact, Justin and his team did an incredible job creating a space that feels spacious yet warm and cosy, just as we wanted. Even the more complicated electrical works were executed seamlessly. Thanks to his expertise, I now have a soundbar and surround speaker setup that works perfectly. The cove lighting and other design elements he recommended add a beautiful ambience to the home, and I truly trust his design sense.
