I have to put 1 star in order to leave a review. But there’s no star in the world that this shop deserve. The worst shopping experience ever. Price tag indicated $16 but was charged $32. Asked for a refund but sales assistant said need to check with the boss. Few moments later, she said can’t do a refund, need to do an exchange. I said there’s nothing else that I like and any credit card machine can do a refund. SA insisted no refund, start to be defensive and remove the incorrect price tag so that I can’t take a picture proof (angrily put it back after I’ve asked many times). She even said ‘I wouldn’t buy things from here’ and more. It’s the weekend and I just want to get myself a little something and spend the day so I’m not in a mood to let someone spoil it so ended up I have to exchange for something that I barely like so that I can move on with my life. Still annoyed though. I would advise do not shop here.
