Working with CreateMake (ID: Baoyee) was a great experience, and I recommend them highly. They are very professional, detail-orientation, and, most importantly, demonstrated accountability. The renovation of my master bedroom and two toilets were done during my overseas trip. The keys to my entire house was handed over to them for the duration. When I returned, the renovated areas—my master bedroom and two toilets—were almost flawlessly. They earned every single star for the trust, quality and design. Throughout the renovation phase, Baoyee was incredibly detailed, patient, and genuinely willing to listen to our concerns and adjust the design until it was perfect. The ceiling fan we bought had got issue after installation, and she coordinated with the supplier to resolve the issue, giving us peace of mind while we were still enjoying our trip overseas. We engaged Createmake to do up our house renovation earlier this year. They were very professional and upfront with us. Jeff, Jian Long and the entire team would go all out to help us out in every stage of the work from design conceptualisation to detailed drawings to actual work being carried out. Although we encountered several hiccups the team were able to solve the issues well. They were also very responsible and took the time to come back and change/repair any items even though it has been several months past the handover. I would highly recommend them.
