About Creative Eateries Venue
Creative Eateries Venue is a venue rental provider located at 211 Henderson Rd, #05-03, Singapore 159552, serving clients islandwide. It is verified by KakiList, meaning operating details and contact channels have been confirmed by a real person. The Google rating stands at 3.8 out of 5 across 60 reviews — a moderate sample that suggests a mixed but broadly functional track record, and worth reading in detail before booking.
Enquiries typically begin with a site recce to confirm the space suits your event format — whether standing cocktail, banquet round-table, or theatre seating, each configuration yields a different usable headcount and the cocktail capacity is usually 1.5 to 2 times the banquet seated figure. Before committing, confirm the floor plan flexibility, in-house audio-visual provision (PA system, projector, screen, microphones), aircon hours, noise curfew, and whether external caterers are permitted or if F&B must be sourced in-house. Parking, lift and ramp accessibility, and setup and teardown access windows outside the rented hours should all be clarified in writing, as these are common sources of day-of friction.
To take the next step, contact Creative Eateries Venue by phone or through the enquiry form on their listing, request a site visit at a time that reflects a live event setup, and ask for the full written terms — including F&B policy, A/V inclusions, noise curfew, deposit amount, and rescheduling conditions — before paying.
Do a site recce, confirm capacity for your specific event format (cocktail / banquet / theatre), and put the F&B policy, A/V inclusions, noise curfew, setup/teardown access, and rescheduling terms in writing before paying the deposit.
Ordered Spicy Chirashi Don ($22.99) and Japanese A5 Wagyu Beef Sushi Moriwase ($28.90) and Ikura Chawanmushi ($8.90) with Hot green tea ($4.50) The Chirashi was fresh and portion was just enough. However thr Chawanmushi was a disappointment as it was a bit hardened possibly over steamed or kept for long time. The A5 Wagyu was like a chewing gum and hard to bite into small pieces despite chewing for a while. However awesome service from a Philippine staff saved the day.
We’ve been using this catering service regularly, and the experience has been consistently excellent. Jesslyn, who handles our catering sales, is always a pleasure to work with—efficient, responsive, and incredibly helpful in making sure every detail is covered. Ye, who leads the operations team, ensures that every event runs smoothly. Setup is always punctual and professional, and the service team is friendly and well-coordinated. A big shoutout to Chef Kenny and his culinary team as well. The food quality is outstanding every time—flavorful, beautifully presented, and consistent across every order. You can really tell they take pride in what they do. Overall, it’s a well-oiled team that delivers on both service and quality. Highly recommended!
We engaged Creative Eateries to cater our corporate event for over 350 pax. The food was great and well-received by our guests. There were some minor issues, but they were handled promptly. Special thanks to Zhirong and team for the support. Highly appreciated!

Venue rental pricing typically comes in two shapes: an hourly hall rate or an all-in package. Function rooms in Singapore generally run S$100–500 per hour with a two-to-four hour minimum, while larger event spaces and ballrooms run S$300–1,500 or more per hour. Per-event packages for small to mid-sized venues typically start around S$1,500–8,000 for a half-day, rising to S$8,000–30,000 or more for full-day ballroom bookings. Creative Eateries Venue is priced in the mid range ($$), so expect packages toward the lower-to-mid portion of those bands. Confirm what is included: aircon hours, basic A/V, on-site staff, setup and teardown access, and cleaning. Ask separately about external-caterer corkage (typically S$3–8 per pax), any in-house F&B minimum spend, liquor arrangements, extended-hours surcharges, and photography or videography permits. Confirm the capacity for your specific event format before booking — standing cocktail configurations typically hold 1.5 to 2 times more guests than the same room set up for banquet dining, and theatre seating sits between the two. Ask for the floor plan and any layout restrictions. For F&B, clarify whether the venue operates in-house catering only, permits external caterers (with or without a corkage fee and an approved-caterer list), or allows BYO with a per-bottle corkage charge (typically S$15–30 for wine, higher for spirits). In-house F&B venues usually set a minimum spend per pax that replaces the hall rental fee. If you are planning a wedding solemnisation, confirm whether Creative Eateries Venue is a registered ROM solemnisation venue or whether you will need to arrange a JP independently.
A deposit of typically 30–50% is required to secure the date, with the balance due one to two weeks before the event. Popular Saturday evenings tend to book out six to twelve months ahead, particularly during wedding season in March, April, October, and November, so early enquiry is advisable. Before paying, confirm the noise curfew (most venues in or near residential areas enforce a 10–11pm cut-off), parking arrangements, and accessibility features including lift, ramp, and accessible toilets. Ask what happens if a force-majeure event — such as a public-health restriction or severe weather — requires postponement; reputable venues typically allow rescheduling within six to twelve months without forfeiting the deposit. A site recce before payment is standard and strongly recommended. Do a site recce, confirm capacity for your specific event format, and put the F&B policy, A/V inclusions, noise curfew, setup and teardown access, and rescheduling terms in writing before paying the deposit.
