This is our second time engaging Jane to help us find a domestic helper, and once again, it has been a very positive experience. Jane is excellent at shortlisting candidates and clearly understands our family’s needs. She actively contributes even before the interviews by screening the helpers carefully, and during the interviews she is attentive, engaged, and offers helpful insights to ensure we choose the right candidate. Unlike some other agencies where the agent stays on mute and leaves the entire interview to the employer, Jane is actively listening and guiding the conversation, which makes a big difference. Her centre also does a good job with helper training, which gives us added confidence. I would like to add that this is unsolicited feedback based purely on our genuine experience. This is our second helper through Jane and, touchwood, we are very happy. The team also helped to expedite the onboarding process, making everything smooth and stress free. We get this agency upon good recommendation from my boss. Ours is a bit different because were the one who choose our own helper from the philippines and because of that were given special price for that. Everything went smoothly and the preparation of documents was easy. They did everything until the helper is ready to be deployed and even after deployment they are still being helpful and responsive. They are also helping me to convince helper to overcome homesick which is our main issue now. We are grateful and happy with the service.
