Rustic, charming, and nostalgic. It has a peaceful, old-world feel that’s hard to find these days. The housekeeping staff were excellent! Friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful. Even the staff managing the parking area were courteous and pleasant, which really added to the overall experience. Unfortunately, the front desk service did not match the quality of the place. We were attended by a staff member named Serena. Her service was borderline acceptable, and there was a very concerning incident during our stay. While we had already rented the place and were in the middle of our private event, she brought external visitors into the unit to “view” the place for their upcoming event, mentioning they were her family or family friends. Regardless of who they were, this was highly unprofessional and inappropriate, as the space was already paid for and in use. Guests should not be subjected to unexpected interruptions during a private event, especially when she enter the rented compound with visitors on a buggy, which can reasonably be perceived as an intrusion into a paid, private space. Another staff member, Wani, was even more disappointing. She was unreliable, abrupt, and lacked basic phone etiquette. Her manner of speaking came across as impatient and reactive rather than calm and service-oriented, which is not acceptable for a front desk role. Communication felt disorganised and dismissive, making interactions unnecessarily stressful. It’s a shame, because the location and supporting staff are wonderful. However, the front desk team especially in guest-facing roles, clearly needs proper customer service training, particularly in professionalism, communication, and respect for guest privacy. These two individuals felt like a poor fit for an otherwise lovely and well-maintained property. If not for the housekeeping team and supporting staff, I would have rated this stay three stars due to the poor front desk service. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously, as the place itself deserves much better representation.

Clean rooms, nice place. Need to book as soon as possible, as many would want to book it. BBQ grille was good - need to pay extra though. Not the smoothest booking website. Ground floor could use a larger space.

My family recently celebrated my grandma’s 90th birthday at the Premier Villa, and we are grateful for the experience. She rarely has the chance to travel out of home, and she had not seen the sea for almost 10 years. It was heartwarming to see her enjoying herself — especially watching boats and planes go by from the comfort of the air-conditioned living room. During our stay, local hornbills even visited the outdoor area, which delighted her as she observed them. The villa layout was suitable for her needs. We appreciated that there was a bedroom on the ground floor beside the living room, so she did not need to climb stairs. One suggestion would be to make the first-floor bathroom more elderly-friendly. A foldable shower chair and grab bars in the shower and toilet area would greatly enhance safety and comfort for older guests. The unique water fixtures were stylish, but a little confusing for my grandma to operate. Fortunately, we found a plastic chair with a backrest (meant for guests) in the mahjong room and placed it in the shower area. The bed in the room was also higher than our usual bed. As my grandma is petite (146 cm), her feet was unable to touch the floor when sitting at the edge of the bed. To support her, we placed a sturdy chair (taken from the second-floor master bedroom balcony) beside her bed, which gave her stability when standing up. We also moved her bed against the wall, which provided added safety. The chair acted as both a barrier to prevent her from rolling off the bed and a support she could hold onto when needed. Overall, the villa is already a wonderful and comfortable place for elderly guests, and with a few thoughtful environment modifications, it could become even more accessible and inclusive. P.S: you can do a virtual tour of the villa in their website

We stayed in the Family Suite Plus with 5 beds in two bedrooms. There are two toilets, two showers, kitchen, dining table, sofa and three TVs. Very clean and spacious. Illy coffee capsules, TWG tea, filtered water machine. No bathtub. Beds are hotel standard. Overall a happy stay. Only minor issues : 1. Hook in one of the showers is spoilt, not working. Limited space to put in shower to place things. 2. Sliding door in one bedroom is spoilt. 3. One light in one bedroom spoilt and sometimes flickering sometimes off. 4. Reception forgot to give us our daily redemption for ice cream for our child. We found out on our own on our check out day, and when asked, given only one voucher for the last day. 5. Housekeeping informed us they will come at 10am for housekeeping but did not come. When we called we were told they were busy and could only come at 3pm, while we were in the chalet. 6. One toilet door can't be closed unless we use alot of strength to open and close it. The door is scraping the floor. Thank you!

We indulged in a blissful escape at CSC @Changi, and it was the perfect antidote to our busy lives! Our twin room on level 4 was a stunning retreat, with a balcony view that made us feel like we were floating on a sea of serenity. The beach and boats drifting by were the ultimate relaxation triggers. And, with the food center and Changi beach just a short stroll away, we thoroughly enjoyed the art of doing nothing! If you need a staycation that's all about relaxation, look no further than CSC @Changi - we'll definitely be back for another dose of tranquility!

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does CSC Changi charge?

Venue rental pricing at CSC Changi is structured around packages rather than a flat hourly rate, with the exact figures depending on room size, event format, and day of the week. As a general Singapore market reference, function rooms run S$100–500 per hour with a 2–4 hour minimum, while larger ballroom-style spaces can reach S$300–1,500 or more per hour; half-day packages at mid-sized venues typically start from S$1,500–8,000. Itemise what is included before signing: aircon hours, basic A/V (PA, projector, screen), on-site staff, setup and teardown access, and cleaning. Common add-ons to budget for include external-caterer corkage (typically S$3–8 per pax), liquor corkage if bringing your own, extended-hours surcharges, and a photography or videography permit if required by the venue. Contact CSC Changi directly for a current package quote. See the full venue rental cost guide for Singapore →

What capacity and F&B policy does CSC Changi have?

Capacity varies by event format — standing cocktail setups typically accommodate 1.5–2 times the banquet seated number, with theatre seating sitting between the two. Confirm the exact figures for each room or space with CSC Changi directly, as layout flexibility and room dividers can affect the usable configuration. For F&B, clarify whether the venue operates in-house catering only, permits external caterers (with or without a corkage fee), or maintains an approved-caterer list. In-house F&B venues often set a minimum spend per pax that replaces a separate hall-rental charge. If you are planning alcohol, ask whether a Liquor Licence is in place and what the BYO corkage rate is. For wedding solemnisations, confirm whether CSC Changi is a registered ROM solemnisation venue or whether you need to arrange a Justice of the Peace independently.

What's the booking and cancellation policy at CSC Changi?

A deposit of typically 30–50% is required on signing to secure your event date, with the balance due one to two weeks before the event. Popular Saturday evening slots — particularly during wedding season in March, April, October, and November — book out well in advance, so it is advisable to enquire as early as possible. Before paying the deposit, confirm the noise curfew (typically 10–11pm at venues in or near residential areas), parking availability, and accessibility for guests with mobility needs. Ask specifically about the rescheduling policy in the event of a force-majeure situation such as a public-health restriction — reputable venues typically allow postponement within 6–12 months without forfeiting the deposit. A site recce before committing is standard practice and strongly recommended. Do a site recce, confirm capacity for your specific event format (cocktail / banquet / theatre), and put the F&B policy, A/V inclusions, noise curfew, setup and teardown access, and rescheduling terms in writing before paying the deposit.
