I am writing this to warn future guests about the lack of accountability at this hotel. During my stay, I requested an iron (which was not included in the room amenities). The unit provided was faulty and had a burnt bottom, which I unfortunately did not notice until it had stained the white polo shirt I intended to wear for a family event. When I reported this to the front desk, I was unable to get immediate assistance and was directed to handle the matter via email. A few days later, I was contacted by a staff member named Margaret. She informed me that I would only receive compensation if I physically surrendered my shirt to the hotel. I attempted to explain that requesting I hand over my personal property—which holds sentimental value—due to damage caused by their faulty equipment is unreasonable. Margaret was dismissive of my explanation and insisted on this policy. I felt completely disrespected by the interaction. As a result, I have decided to forgo the compensation. Instead, I am leaving this review so others are aware that if this hotel damages your property, they will not assist you reasonably.

Attended by a counter staff named Ella who was unprofessional and discourteous. She was so dismissive to the issue i faced upon exiting the carpark gantry, and smirked when responding. Her tone and body language conveyed impatience and unwillingness to assist, which I found disrespectful and unacceptable in a customer service setting.

this resort is so awesome, not sure why the the low ratings. it started from the customer service where the check-in was seamless. We stayed at 140 and the cleanliness was impeccable. Guna, and Rubban are the team behind this positive experience from checking in and out. Despite it being dog friendly, it smelt good. The facility is well stocked with the water dispenser, utensils and clean washing sponge. There were sufficient bins provided in the kitchen and bbq area to dispose all your trash after your session. The grass could do some trimming as its overgrown but it's very much neglectable since the positive heavily outweighs it. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
