Engaging D Physio typically begins with a first consultation in which the physiotherapist assesses your presenting condition — whether that is a musculoskeletal injury, post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain, or a movement or sports-performance concern. From there, a treatment plan is discussed, which may involve hands-on manual therapy, exercise prescription, or modality-based treatment. Clients should enquire about session frequency, whether single sessions or a recurring package is more appropriate for their condition, and the cancellation policy ahead of booking. Sessions take place at the Clemenceau Avenue clinic, and the practice is reachable via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form.
To take the next step, contact D Physio directly via WhatsApp or phone to describe your condition and arrange an initial consultation appointment at the Clemenceau Avenue clinic.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
PhysioPerformance truly stands out! Edson is not only an exceptional physiotherapist but also an inspiring professional who goes above and beyond. His personalized attention and expert care played a key role in my recovery. I can’t recommend Edson and the PhysioPerformance team enough—they’re simply outstanding!
I had a great experience getting treatment for my chronic trap pain. Cesar was excellent at explaining what we were doing and why, and it felt like a collaborative process in working to heal a long-term problem. After five sessions I’m no longer in pain and feel I have the tools to be able to strengthen the muscles that are weak. Would definitely recommend Cesar if you’re dealing with chronic muscular pain
I have known Edson, the physiotherapist for more than a decade through various issues; from slip disk to bone fractures, bad back, sprains and many more. He managed to help me resolve the issue through therapy and an exercise regime. Edson has managed to, without fail, diagnosed the issue and recommended me the right remedy. I have been to other physio, and this is the best so far. Other physio often relies on one type of remedy and tries to get you back to do more even though you don’t need it. Physio performance, does not. It applies a lot of different methods available (including Edson’s magic fingers!) and once it’s done, it’s done - they don’t try to oversell or ask you to come back for unclear reasons. I would recommend this place wholeheartedly, as I have with all my friends, to athletes and even casual exercisers. Very nice place, fully equipped, stellar service!
I was referred to Edson by a friend for a shoulder strain from padel, and he was incredible. His quick diagnosis and expert care helped the pain ease up quickly. Super professional, kind, and effective. I’m back on court the next day feeling great!
Found this little gem two years ago by happenstance. Since then, I’ve been seeking physiotherapist Edson for various reasons. He’s very attentive and adjust to the patients’ unique circumstances to help them recover!

D Physio lists its pricing at a mid-range tier, but specific per-session fees are not publicly published and will vary depending on the type and duration of treatment. In Singapore, physiotherapy consultations typically run S$80–150 per session at private clinics, with follow-up treatment sessions in a similar range. Package pricing for multiple sessions is common and usually offers a modest reduction over individual session rates. Additional costs to confirm with D Physio include any first-consultation or assessment fee, whether modalities such as ultrasound or electrotherapy carry a surcharge, and whether GST applies. If you intend to claim through Medisave, MediShield Life, or an integrated shield plan, confirm eligibility at the time of booking. See the full physiotherapy cost guide for Singapore →
A GP referral is not required to book a private physiotherapy session — you may contact D Physio directly and self-refer. That said, bringing any relevant medical reports, imaging results (X-rays, MRI scans), or a GP or specialist referral letter can help the physiotherapist understand your history and reach a more accurate diagnosis faster. At the first visit, expect to complete an intake assessment covering your medical history, the onset and nature of your symptoms, aggravating and relieving factors, and your functional or rehabilitation goals. Certain conditions — particularly post-surgical rehabilitation or complex neurological cases — benefit from a referral letter that outlines the treating surgeon's or physician's post-operative instructions, so the physiotherapist can align the treatment plan accordingly.
In Singapore, physiotherapists practising in a clinical setting must be registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) under the Allied Health Professions Act. Registration is mandatory and verifiable on the AHPC's public online register using the practitioner's name. D Physio does not publicly list individual practitioner names or AHPC registration numbers on this listing, so prospective clients are encouraged to ask for the treating physiotherapist's AHPC registration details when booking. No regulatory licences are listed for D Physio on this KakiList entry. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the AHPC public register before proceeding with treatment.
