Best decision I ever made! Enrolling my son in Da Little Preschool was truly one of the best choices for his early years. He had so much fun every day while receiving holistic care that focused not just on academics, but on character building and confidence. The teachers are incredibly diligent — their weekly newsletters kept us well-informed and always made us feel involved. They are also amazing event planners, creating memorable experiences that well treasure for years. My son made wonderful friends, grew to appreciate art, and found surprising confidence in Chinese. Now, as proud alumni, we look back on these years with gratitude. Thank you, Da Little Preschool, for laying such a strong and joyful foundation for our son’s journey!
We have been very blessed to have our son attend Da Little Preschool. We love that the school has a well-balanced curriculum and a family-centric view. Our son, Jayden, has been with their care since 22 mos old. Initially, he struggled alot with his behavior and had difficulties with following along. He definitely was a hard nut to crack. I have nothing but commendations for his teachers for being the most attentive, understanding and patient people. I would say that he’s had tremendous improvement and we owe it to the caring and kind nurture of all the staff at DLP. Jean, the school principal, has been very insightful and helpful to us since Day 1. Thank you DLP for your awesome and dedicated team!
My son is now 15 months old. He has been attending Da Little Preschool Infant care since he was 5 months old. I am pleased to say that I am very happy with my choice of infant care. I feel safe and assured that my son is well taken care of at school. The teacher to infant ratio is lower compared to other schools I’ve enquire with, which is amazing (especially important for infant in my opinion). The infant care teachers (Cynthia, Jess and Pamela), are also very attentive to each and every child’s needs. They regularly update us of the activities my son does in school, and sometimes my son would bring home some of the artwork he did (picture attached - incredibly cute). One of the biggest positive sign which my child shows is that sometimes, he would walk in straight in to school without saying good bye to me, or would jump/ smile widely at the teachers when he spot them (which indicates that he loves school and the teachers)! Principal Jean is always on top of things (which is amazing because she is the same way to all parents). She is always very responsive with queries and gives timely updates on various child-related matters. Overall, I am very pleased and glad that I found Da Little Preschool for my son, and my plan is to let him attend the same school till K2!
Last October, my son transferred from another preschool. Initially, he would cry every morning, and I and my husband worried. However, thanks to the teachers' patient and loving care, along with the various enjoyable classes and events, he began to enjoy going to school within three months. The teachers have also been diligent with discipline, so my son has learned to do many things independently, even those we parents haven't taught at home. Additionally, after the transfer, he quickly picked up English and Chinese related to daily life at an incredible speed. Now, my son loves his teachers and friends at school so much that he talks about them a lot at home and expresses a desire to go back to school even after a long break. Thank you very much for providing such fulfilling time and wonderful experiences!
Our daughter has been attending infant care at Da Little Preschool since July 2023 when she was just 5 months old. We chose Da Little Preschool as we were comforted by the fact that the school tour was held after school hours and visitors/strangers were not allowed into their premises during school hours. This was important to us as we wanted a safe and conducive environment for our daughter to learn and play. Thankfully, it turned out to be one of the best decisions made. Our daughter loves her teachers and enjoys school very much. There were days when she didn’t even want to go home! She also didn’t fall sick frequently, which is huge relief for us. Overall, would highly recommend Da Little Preschool to anyone looking for a preschool in CBD.

Daddy's Playschool operates on a monthly recurring fee model, priced at a mid-range level for Singapore's playgroup market. In addition to the monthly tuition fee, most childcare and playgroup providers charge a one-time registration fee and a deposit of roughly one to two months' fees, which is typically refundable upon exit with adequate notice. Some centres also include a small annual fee covering uniform and personal accident insurance for enrolled children. Childcare and playgroup fees in Singapore are GST-exempt, so the quoted monthly figure should be the amount you pay. Confirm the full fee schedule — including what happens during public holidays or closures — in writing before signing any enrolment contract. See the full childcare cost guide for Singapore →
Singapore citizen children enrolled in licensed childcare programmes may be eligible for the Basic Subsidy (up to S$300 per month for childcare), and working mothers who clock at least 56 hours of work per month may additionally qualify for the Working Mother's Child Care Subsidy. For lower-income families, the Additional Subsidy can bring total combined support up to S$710 per month. Permanent resident children are eligible for partial subsidies at reduced quantum. Subsidy eligibility and quantum are tied to ECDA licensing — confirm with Daddy's Playschool whether their playgroup programme qualifies under the current ECDA subsidy framework, as playgroup arrangements can differ from full-day childcare in terms of subsidy applicability. Subsidy amounts are reviewed periodically, so check the ECDA website directly for the most current figures before making financial plans.
Popular childcare centres and playgroups in Singapore — particularly those in the Central Business District area — can fill up several months in advance. For playgroup intake, enquiring three to six months ahead of your intended start date is a sensible approach, and some parents secure spots even earlier if they have a firm start date in mind. January is the peak intake month for most early childhood programmes, so availability around that period tends to tighten quickest. To secure a place, most providers require payment of a registration fee and, in some cases, a deposit to hold the slot. Contact Daddy's Playschool directly via phone or the enquiry form to ask about current availability for your child's age group and preferred start month.
