We used danz hariya for hiring helper as they had good review. Though the communication and contact with the agency are all good, the helpers dnt seem to be. In less than a month we had to replace the first helper and the second one is more troublesome.. we understand the agency can't do much but a better screening on the helper, their priorities and better training might have helped our situation.. the helpers seem to come in with mindset that they can just relax, use phone and enjoy the vacation in other country. This could have easily been prevented with stricter screening and training. Once after signing I realized there are much better agency who train the helpers in the do's and don't and helping them get a reality check that it's not 2yrs vacation. In general, it's hard earned money we wasted for little to no help and lot more stress from the helpers.
