We engaged DC Vision through a referral from my father-in-law, whose kitchen was renovated by them about 5–6 years ago. His interior designer then was Aaron, and we were impressed by the quality of materials, finishing, and especially the after-sales service, which gave us the confidence to work with the same team. Our experience with both Aaron and Kelvin has been nothing short of smooth and pleasant. They took the time to understand our needs and preferences, offering well-considered suggestions based on their experience, and clearly explaining the pros and cons of each option. Communication was always clear and transparent. They consistently checked in with us before proceeding with any work to ensure everything met our expectations. If we noticed any defects or missing elements during the renovation, we simply informed Aaron or Kelvin, and they would get it resolved either immediately or by the next working day. What truly sets them apart is their after-sales support. Even after the handover, they remain responsive and helpful,coming back to fix minor issues or touch-ups, including those caused by our kids, without any fuss. Budget-wise, once they understood what my wife and I were comfortable with, they tailored a reasonable and fair proposal. Hi I wanted to share our experience with you. We visited a few interior design studios but weren’t impressed — most were pricey and lacked fresh ideas. Everything changed when we met Jimmy from DC VISION. From the start, he impressed us with his detailed work and attentiveness to our needs.
