A condo owners worst nightmare is a hidden water pipe behind kitchen cupboards that leaks into the neighbouring unit below… The MCST plumber and his “brother” carpenter suggested ripping all the cupboards to find/fix the fault - sigh 😓 Pivoted to using Roland who renovated the unit below - his plumber recommended installing a steel bypass pipe hidden in the false ceiling to cut out the leaking pipe - problem solved… Happy Days 😁 When time is of the essence there is no time to shop around - it’s so important to engage a good contractor you can trust that can bring in the right people to solve an issue. 2nd time engaging Ronald, this time round with a more challenging project, to take over and renovate my new house (resale condo) and be ready to move in within 3 weeks. Ronald was ever-present since Day 1, went with me to view the house and gave good professional advice on what needed to change, what could be easily repaired, and what we should add. very pragmatic advice and will not ask you to do more than you should. With a tight 3 weeks turnaround time, Ronald was on-site to ensure everything went smoothly. In between, he accompanied me to visit lighting and toilet furnishing shops to buy what was needed. Not once did Ronald not accommodated me with his timing (even on weekends). Overall, I enjoyed working with Ronald because 1) he is straightforward and frank with regards to what will work, what wouldn't, 2) listens to my ideas/needs and gives good recommendations, 3) ensure the timeliness and quality of work his workers perform. Rest assure to let him know your needs/concerns and he will give you good recommendations! All in all I will highly recommended Ronald from Designer House, and will definitely engage him again!
