We engaged Direct Contractor SG for our home renovation and overall, we’re really happy with how everything turned out. Like any renovation journey, there were ups and downs along the way — but what mattered most was how the team handled it. They stayed responsive, open to feedback, and committed to delivering quality results. We’re especially grateful that they were willing to take on custom designs that many other IDs said no to — like our arched rattan wardrobe. Team : It consists of good experienced and reliable individuals starting from the management side to their site workers. Big thanks to Fikri for coordinating with their dedicate in-house group of skillful carpenters and electricians. Full appreciation for delivering such meticulous work for our home. Service : In terms of service, they were very professional and had stayed true to all their promises. They were very attentive to our design requests and they were able to suggest many good options while accommodating to our preferences. They also did not hesitate to go an extra mile in helping us source for various items that we needed for the renovation. Workmanship : It was definitely of a top standard quality ( even our guests agree ) and they were quick to rectify any defects that we have pointed out.
