did a 6 digit reno with them 5 years ago and went back with different requests over the years for touchups etc. Steve is very responsible, collaborative and customer-centric. He is also very easy-going and flexible in repairs. Recently did a minor reno update again and all was good. I appreciate doing business with him and will definitely return. Highly recommend.

I honestly think we found a gem by picking distinctidentity! We are very fortunate to have JJ and his team on this project. While a lot of companies claimed they help to design space but most ideas are very common (claiming thats all the space you have), JJ presented us a unique place to put our fridge in order to maximise our kitchen area and we just fall in love with his idea! Hes patient, responsive and sometimes we stopped ourselves from texting him at midnight because we know he will respond that night! He make himself free to join us for choosing furniture, lighting etc. I thought it was normal until i spoke to friends and realised with a wow! I am really appreciative on what he has put in effort as well his thought process on design! A VERY BIG THUMB UP!

Absolutely love working with DISTINCTidENTITY! This is the 2nd home they have done up for me and my wife, and the results have been none less than amazing! Worked with Akriti and Ambika this time round. Am impressed with their patience and their attention to detail; in capturing the essence of what we wanted in our home design.
