We found DSOD through Home Trust website. This is our third major renovation. What made us decided to engage DSOD was the review that Don kept his promise to finish projects on schedule. As we have a very tight timeline, we narrowed down to 2 ID firms but Don stands out as a very positive person who is receptive to ideas and is an easy to communicate with person. Besides he never failed to share his ID expertise in transforming an old kitchen, dining room and toilet to one that everyone praises. His recommendation of tiles is truly great. Throughout the renovation period, Don and his team consistently checked on the progress, liaised with the contractors to rectify what was not done properly. When we encountered problems, he quickly came up with workable solutions to work around them. A friendly and approachable ID who works well with his contractors and managed our project to our satisfaction. At the same time, he was very particular about work standards, cleanliness and tidiness. Well done Don! We would like to thank him and his team for their effort in making our house beautiful and comfortable. He even stepped in to coordinate with outside contractors like the aircon contractor and roofers who were both difficult to handle. Overall it was a pleasant journey though with hiccups but generally Don did a great Job!

I have engaged DSOD for the renovation of my 17yo home....this is definitely one of the best decisions I have made! The entire journey from a starting draft to completion is truly fascinating! Don and team never fail to wow me with the little details and creative ideas to enhance every space and corners in the house during the process. They have helped coordinate the delivery of all the appliances and purchases I have made for the house and helped to set up as well. Don has also generously helped to provide guidance on the selection of furnitures ensuring that it matches the house and our lifestyle. They have never failed to respond to my enquiries and crazy ideas even outside of their working hours. All my friends, neighbours and colleagues who have been to my house are full of "wows" and praises for the design, furnishing selection and workmanship. We engaged DSOD for our office refresh. My whole team was very pleased with the outcome! DSOD team is responsive and listen to our need. The end-to-end process was done within the agreed schedule and budget, and we now have a 'new' office which provides a much more conducive environment for work.
