Initially, they were all smiles, over-selling their services during the interview process, assuring me that they would provide full support for both the employer and employee. They even convinced me to retain a maid (who didn’t speak English) for the first six months, assuring me it was the best option despite the language barrier. However, once the six months were up, the situation completely changed. They suddenly turned against both me and the maid, trying to convince her to leave without any valid reason. It felt like a manipulation tactic, with no care for either party's well-being. Their customer service is non-existent. When I reached out for support, they were rude, unhelpful, and downright unprofessional. To make matters worse, they blackmailed me into giving false feedback to a new employer in exchange for “help” with finding a replacement. It’s clear they only care about their commission and not the people they’re supposed to support. Save yourself the hassle, and avoid this agency at all costs. Their lack of integrity and professionalism is appalling. There are much better options out there.

Today I am writing again, but to express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment with their services in relation to the hiring of a domestic helper. In December 2023, I approached Ms. Lay Paw with the specific request for an experienced helper. However, against my preference, I was persuaded by Ms. Lay Paw to hire a new, inexperienced helper, citing attitude issues with experienced candidates. Reluctantly, I agreed and proceeded with the hiring process. My grievances with Ms. Lay Paw began shortly after the commencement of the employment contract. Firstly, within the first month of employment, the hired maid expressed her intention to work for only one year, despite the initial agreement for a two-year contract. This unilateral decision by the maid was concerning, and upon informing Ms. Lay Paw, I expected prompt assistance. However, despite my efforts to seek resolution, the response from Ms. Lay Paw was inadequate and unprofessional. Furthermore, as the maid expressed her desire to return home after just a few months of work, I approached Ms. Lay Paw once again for guidance on the matter. However, instead of offering constructive support, Ms. Lay Paw exhibited a lack of concern and failed to effectively communicate with both me and the maid. The situation escalated when I agreed to facilitate the maid's return home. The subsequent transfer of the maid's employment to her alleged brother without providing me with the necessary information was highly irregular and suspicious. The lack of transparency throughout this process, coupled with the apparent disregard for my concerns, has left me deeply dissatisfied with Ms. Lay Paw's services. It is evident that your primary concern lies with monetary gain rather than the well-being and satisfaction of your clients. Two days before my maid was scheduled to leave, I requested permission to speak with her brother, which I communicated to both the agent and helper. Unfortunately, no one followed up on this request, which raised my suspicions that something might be amiss. Worried about potential irregularities, I decided to explore sending her back home instead of facilitating a transfer. I promptly informed my new agent and began the process of cancelling the maid's work permit while purchasing a return air ticket. With the assistance of a new agent, I arranged for the maid to be escorted back home. However, she displayed a reluctance to leave, which added to the complexity of the situation. Ultimately, I incurred significant financial losses exceeding $2000, including the cost of the new airline ticket. To make matters worse, the old agent took custody of the maid despite my efforts to resolve the situation through a different channel. This entire ordeal has left me questioning the reliability and honesty of the agent. While I cannot be certain of the actual intentions behind these actions, the agent's conduct raises serious doubts about their trustworthiness. I am left with concerns about the true identity of the new employer and the integrity of the entire process, particularly given the agent's apparent withholding of transfer information. This experience has been deeply disappointing and has eroded my confidence in Dynamic maids Pte Ltd.
