My First Designer Company was Design4Space, Designer Name: James. Their wardrobes and Kitchen provided was terribly cheap, unplanned, inexperienced, and totally overpriced. My Lawyer was required to step in to make sure the refund. Vincent and team stepped in at a later stage and has done a good job for my wardrobes and our kitchen panels. it took them only 6-8 weeks to complete the entire job. Superb Quality, On time, and reasonably priced. Vincent Oh, Top Class Service!

We recently engaged Ecubespace to do up the carpentry for the renovation of our house. One of the reasons we choose Ecubespace is because of their products, which emit far less formaldehyde, and have nice aesthetics. The process of design, fabrication and installation is not all smooth sailing, but our designer, Veron would always discuss with us ways to rectify whatever issues that were at hand and get the work completed to our satisfaction. We had requested our interior designer to use their products as we wish to choose a material which is healthier and safer for our family. We went to their showroom at T5 to view their mocked up wardrobes and cabinets and to pick up ideas for our own house. Their products don't have the "spicy" smell which will irritate your eyes and remains there even after few years which we have experienced from our previous house. The finishing is also much nicer than the ones manually done by the carpenters. Glad that we tried something different and benefited from it.

A friend recommended me to ECUBE.SPACE for built-in cabinetry for my new place. In total, I had cabinetry for the Kitchen, Study, spare bedroom, shoe storage and a walk-in-wardrobe for the Master Bedroom. The whole design process was smooth as I shared my requirements and ideas that I had, and professional advice was provided in terms of colour scheme, choice of material, configuration and design considerations. Although it is rather pricey, the workmanship and quality of the cabinets are indeed what you pay for, including the excellent service. In particular, Vincent was really helpful throughout as I made changes along the way, even asking for a niche to be included in the shoe cabinet at the very last minute. Instead of simply telling me that it was too late, Vincent put in the effort to check if fabrication was underway so he could help to insert the amendment. I really felt that Vincent truly put himself in the customer's shoes to understand their needs. Eventually, he made it happen, and I really appreciate it because the niche turned out to be so practical. He even gave me references and advice for the suitable height and colour for the niche that would complement the overall colour scheme of the shoe cabinet. In fact, whenever I needed clarification, I just had to text Vincent and he would respond almost immediately. It was so reassuring to have Vincent assist me all the way, as this is my first experience with a full home renovation. After installation, Vincent was equally quick to address minor defects/adjustments along with his colleague Kiven. In addition, just before I moved in, Kiven helped to fix up the power switches and switch plates for the kitchen appliances after replacing the housing panel in the cabinet. Otherwise, I would have had to get my electrician to make a separate trip and I would not be able to use the appliances, such as the fridge. When I pointed out minor scratches on the kitchen panels that may have been caused by other contractors during renovation, Kiven did touch-ups so well that I could hardly notice them after. When I highlighted scratches on the counter-top caused during backsplash installation, Vincent brought along the necessary materials to help polish them off without any question. As a new homeowner, it would have been a nightmare if contractors dispute liability and decline to address the issues. But Vincent and Kiven did not hesitate at all when I pointed out such matters to them. They were so sincere in making sure that their products would be something they (and the homeowner) can be proud of, so they always did their best to resolve any imperfections. It was really a very pleasant experience and their service has been excellent. I would strongly recommend anyone looking to redo their cabinetry to go to ECUBE.SPACE for great quality and service!
