About Eagles Mediation & Counselling Centre
Eagles Mediation & Counselling Centre offers counselling and mediation services from its base at City Square Mall, Kitchener Road, and is available to clients islandwide. KakiList has verified operating details and contact channels. The centre holds a 4.3-star Google rating across 6 reviews — a very small sample, so that figure should be treated as directional only. Pricing is positioned at a mid-range level, though a specific per-session fee is not publicly listed and should be confirmed directly.
When approaching Eagles Mediation & Counselling Centre for the first time, you would typically complete an intake enquiry by phone or online form, describing the presenting concern — whether that is individual counselling, couples or family work, grief, anxiety, workplace stress, or a mediation matter. The first session usually involves an assessment of your situation and goals, after which the counsellor will recommend a format (individual, joint, or group), session frequency, and whether a fixed package or open-ended engagement suits your circumstances better. Enquire about cancellation and rescheduling terms before committing to a block of sessions.
To take the next step, reach Eagles Mediation & Counselling Centre by phone or through the contact form on their listing, describe your needs briefly, and request a first-session booking or an initial consultation to confirm scope and fees.
Confirm the practitioner's qualifications and professional body membership in writing before treatment.
Counsellor Alvin has consistently been one of the most attentive, understanding and constructive professional who is more than equipped to handle a wide spectrum of client needs. Having done my fair share of trying out different counsellors, Alvin has proven time and again to be the most adept at helping me alongside my personal self-improvement journey. Thank you Alvin!
My experience with EMCC has been great so far. Easy booking of appointments, easy payment process, comfortable and clean environment and definitely a safe space. Every session with Clifton has always been positive and he has definitely helped me in many ways. I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to EMCC/Clifton if I require their services.
EMCC has been extremely helpful in making sure i have the right fit for everything, they even go the extra mile to make sure that it isn't painful for the pocket too! i really recommend them if you need some form of counselling. shout out to my counsellor Clifton! an amazing person and very helpful in all situation, if you are going to EMCC, you won't regret if you do ask for him!
I contacted EMCC to request counselling after a recent assault incident, as my existing couple counselling case had just been handed over to another counsellor. In my enquiry, I clearly stated that I wanted to start with individual counselling first, with the possibility of couple counselling later. However, I was repeatedly told to go to a Family Service Centre instead, without a clear explanation of whether EMCC counsellors were able to take up my case. When I asked directly multiple times if EMCC could handle the case, I did not receive a straightforward answer. A lead counsellor later called me without checking if it was a convenient time to talk, and continued the conversation even after I mentioned that I was with my child. I was told that I should not have to repeat my story many times, yet during the same call I was asked to explain what happened, which was contradictory and uncomfortable given the circumstances. At one point, when I tried to clarify whether EMCC was able to take the case, I was told “don’t put words into my mouth,” which felt unprofessional in the context of someone seeking help after an assault. I understand that organisations have protocols, but clear communication and sensitivity are very important, especially when dealing with clients in distress. I hope EMCC can review how enquiries are handled so that clients can receive direct answers and feel supported rather than confused.

Eagles Mediation & Counselling Centre does not publish a fixed per-session rate publicly, so you will need to enquire directly by phone or contact form for current pricing. As a general reference, counselling sessions in Singapore typically run S$80–200 per 50-minute hour at private centres, with some practices offering reduced rates for lower-income clients or package discounts for a block of sessions. First-consultation or intake fees may differ from the ongoing session rate. Confirm the full cost picture in writing before committing: per-session fee, package terms, missed-appointment and late-cancellation charges, and whether GST applies. A GP or specialist referral is not required to book a session at Eagles Mediation & Counselling Centre — you can contact the centre directly. The first session is typically an intake or assessment appointment where the counsellor gathers background on your situation, goals, and any relevant history before recommending a course of sessions. If you intend to claim counselling costs under an employer's Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) or through an insurer, check whether your plan requires a GP referral letter first, as some policies do. For complex clinical conditions such as moderate-to-severe depression or psychosis, a psychiatrist or clinical psychologist may be more appropriate than a general counselling centre — your GP can advise on the right pathway.
Singapore does not yet have a single statutory licensing body for counsellors equivalent to the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) for physiotherapists or the Singapore Medical Council for doctors. Voluntary professional registers include the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC), which requires members to meet training and supervised-hours standards, and the Register of Counsellors maintained by SAC. Clinical psychologists are registered with AHPC. Eagles Mediation & Counselling Centre does not currently list specific regulatory licences on the KakiList directory. Before booking, ask the centre directly for the counsellor's qualifications, professional body membership, and years of supervised experience — especially if you are seeking support for a clinical condition rather than general life or relationship concerns. Confirm these details in writing before your first session.
