E&S Contracts (ID Raymond Delon) delivered our reno project on-time, above scope and within our budget. Time was of essence to us as we need to move back to our house after the reno within 2.5 months as were renting out a co-living space which was very expensive. Raymond kept to his promise and delivered the project to our liking and stringent timeline with his team, and a total makeover of our house which closely resembles to his proposed 3D design with no let-up on material quality and durability. He's very meticulous in his project planning and has eye for detail and has a good acumen on design and concepts imbued with good engineering skills - not many IDs that we know has multi-faceted skills and knowledge like Raymond. We have moved in to our house and we are extremely delighted with the outcome of the reno by E&S Contracts and with their continued support. The emphasis on customer relationship, quality of work and after-sales service is something that owners can count on E&S Contract. Definitely have to rate them a 5/5 for their service.

I recently completed my condo renovation with Raymond, and the experience exceeded my expectations. From the very first consultation, Raymond was professional, attentive, and truly understood my taste and preference. He provided practical advice while still maintaining a strong sense of style and creativity. What impressed me most was his attention to detail and project management. He kept the agreed timeline and budget with clear communication throughout the process (Reno was completed within 1 month!) Moreover, he helped me to assemble some furnitures I bought from Taobao.
