Signed with Elain after consulting >5 other interior design studios. Didn’t regret 1. Easy to get along- Elain was very easy to get along with. There were times when we eventually chose an alternative option from what she had proposed initially, yet she had been very open. She was also patient with us when we took a very long time to decide on our MBR and kitchen cabinets layout, not once hurrying us. 2. Very on the ball, delays communicated promptly- we never had to chase Elain for the next steps regarding our renovation, as she would update us promptly each step along the way. She would also communicate delays to us promptly without us having to ask her about it. While there were times we had to remind her on certain aspects, we are very glad the important/critical aspects of the reno work were all remembered and not once was there any misunderstanding in design. 3. Quality materials and contractors were very generous and easy going!- Ethan interior used Blum hinges and for all our carpentry which was a good deal when compared to other ID firms who did not but quoted us the same range of reno prices.
