1. What made us choose Edgeline Planners? We knew Irene from when she helped us with a project at our previous home. So when we needed an interior designer to renovate our new home, we invited Irene and other IDs to submit a proposal. We liked Irene’s proposal most of all. 2. From the initial stages to the handover, our thoughts on how Irene solved out concerns. Starting from our working brief and wish list, Irene was very attentive to our needs and concerns How Irene solved our concerns We wanted a design that maximised storage and function, while increasing open living spaces for movement and accessibility. It also needed to be elderly friendly. Irene managed to come up with a proposal that met all these differing requirements. Throughout the project, Irene kept us informed of the work done at each stage. She worked closely with the sub-contractors both on-site and off-site, ensuring quality and smooth transition of workflow and adherence to the timeline. When there were choices to be made, Irene gave us different options to choose from. For instance, Irene accompanied us to choose various materials and accessories. She would offer suggestions to help us choose. Where we only knew product details, Irene provided insights to use and quality, and how each would fit in with our lifestyle. Her help was invaluable. Her eye for the aesthetic was very impressive. Irene ensured that the project would be completed according to the timeline she had promised us.
