During our first meet up with EHKA designer, Amoz, we met a designer differentiated from other dozens designers met. Payment was made upfront, but their fees are surely worth it. Amoz was patient, friendly, and gave us his listening ear. When Amoz came to us with his proposed design, despite initially ready to propose changes, both the husband and I were silenced other than "wow". Amoz is amazing. Amoz also faithfully manage through the entire renovation works, he took up all the cares and burden of ensuring renovation work was well done. Thank you Amoz for taking that load! Thank you EHKA. Friends and families who came were all in awe at the house design both practical mattters and asthetics. One friend even exclaimed that this was the nicest house unit he had ever seen in Singapore. Thank you Amoz, thank you EHKA! Hope EHKA continues to excel and create more wonderful houses!

It was a pleasure working with them. They were there every step of the way and responsive till the end (even a year in since completion!) and knowing I can ask them about anything anytime. Their expertise in design added an element that got parts of the house better than I could have known aesthetically. It always felt like they were just trying to help me bring my vision to life, and ultimately it was about creating my house, not what the architect wants (as I heard some others might push for). You should approach and speak to them at least! Thank you Hsia Pin, Jon and Eunice!

I have had the pleasure of working with Hsia Pin and team for the full rebuild of my detached house from start to finish which took several years (including the design stage). As it was my first time embarking on such a project involving a multi-generational home, I had shortlisted and approached close to 10 architectural firms before finally deciding to go ahead with EHKA - looking back I am thankful to have made that decision. During the design stage, Hsia Pin and team were instrumental in creating a collaborative environment whereby the requirements and preferences of my family were taken into account and factored into the overall design and layout of the house using their professional and technical expertise. After the design stage, they also coordinated the tender process to select the builder and provided valuable inputs along the way. Upon commencement of the construction, they took the lead in project management (which involved regularly meetings onsite with the builder and various sub-contractors) while at the same time liaising with various government agencies for the requisite submissions and approvals. While there were various issues that cropped up along the way during the construction stage, which I believe is unavoidable in any given construction project, Hsia Pin and team were quick to offer practical solutions and recommendations to address those issues. Overall, my family is very glad to have chosen EHKA for our house project, not just because of the end-result, but also due to the positive and collaborative experience throughout whereby Hsia Pin and team were always approachable and receptive. Would highly recommend Hsia Pin and team to anyone seeking a good balance between aesthetics and functionality for their house project and a pleasant experience.
