Booking typically begins with an initial consultation, during which the physiotherapist assesses your presenting condition — whether that is musculoskeletal pain, post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injury, neurological recovery, or another concern. From there, a treatment plan is discussed, which may involve manual therapy, exercise prescription, electrotherapy, or other modalities depending on your needs. You can reach Elevate Physiotherapy via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form to confirm session availability, pricing, and whether your condition requires a GP referral (which can be useful if you are making an insurance claim or have a complex medical history). Recurring packages versus single sessions are worth confirming directly, as pricing structures vary.
To get started, send a WhatsApp message or fill in the contact form with a brief description of your condition and your preferred appointment time, and ask for a fee breakdown before your first visit.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
Nice experience and get to learn more about the core muscles and strength. Physio Massage with RF, Radio Frequency ease the pain for my low back. Taught me some exercises to do at home, as I'm not a sporty kind of person. Great experience and highly recommend people who have pain issues... Or sports injuries to give them a try. My therapist advise on my area of concern and how to improvise on posture, as well as pain management. Quality and detailed service. Thumbs up!
I visited Shiqi for physiotherapy after knee surgery. She is professional, knowledgeable, and always kind and attentive. She takes time to explain everything clearly, checks patiently, and listens with genuine care. With her guidance, my recovery felt smooth, simple, and truly effective and my knee has now fully healed. I would gladly recommend her to anyone looking for thoughtful and supportive physiotherapy.
I had been having lower back pain and neck issues for a few months and could not sleep well. Then I recalled my friend's recommendation - Winsen at Elevate whom she spoke highly of. Indeed in Winsen, I found a patient and skillful practitioner who could go beyond treating symptoms - someone who could uncover root causes, helped me understand how each issue was interconnected, and guide/correct me on how I usually do my calisthenics workout. He prescribed exercises that will help to "re-educate" my body to activate the right muscle when exercising and also to strengthen my weak areas. After a couple of sessions and doing the prescribed exercises diligently, my pain is now gone and I have gone back to my calisthenics workouts - doing it the right way! Thank you so much, Winsen! 🙏🏻
Was in a little too much pain after coming back to my weight training programme when a friend recommended me to go for a consultation with Pei Chia at Elevate. She was extremely careful (as I had hurt my neck) and patient in her treatment with me. The neck is way better now. Thank you Elevate Physio!
I had a great session with Winsen for a sports massage. He skillfully identified areas of soreness and effectively worked out the knots, providing much-needed relief. I felt significantly better after just one session. Highly recommend his expertise! Thank you!

Elevate Physiotherapy has not published a specific per-session rate on this listing. In Singapore, physiotherapy consultations typically range from S$80 to S$180 per session at private clinics, with an initial assessment often priced higher than follow-up visits. Some clinics offer packages of six to ten sessions at a reduced per-session rate. Confirm the exact fee, any initial assessment surcharge, and the cancellation or no-show policy directly before booking. If you plan to claim through an insurer, ask whether the clinic issues itemised receipts in the format your insurer requires. See the full physiotherapy cost guide for Singapore →
Most private physiotherapy clinics in Singapore, including those with islandwide coverage, accept self-referred patients — you do not need a GP letter to book. However, a GP or specialist referral can be helpful if you intend to claim through an integrated shield plan or corporate health insurance, as some policies require a referral to process the reimbursement. Your first visit will typically include an intake assessment: the physiotherapist will review your medical history, ask about symptom onset and severity, and conduct movement and functional tests before beginning treatment. If you have existing imaging reports (X-rays, MRI scans) or discharge summaries, bring these along as they help the physiotherapist form an accurate picture of your condition from the outset.
In Singapore, physiotherapists must be registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) under the Allied Health Professions Act. Registration is publicly verifiable on the AHPC online register at ahpc.edu.sg — you can search by the practitioner's full name to confirm their status and registration validity. Elevate Physiotherapy does not currently list specific regulatory licences on this profile, so it is advisable to confirm the consulting physiotherapist's AHPC registration number directly before your first appointment. Registered physiotherapists are bound by the AHPC Code of Professional Conduct and carry professional indemnity insurance as a condition of registration. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the AHPC public register before treatment.
