I chanced upon Elique during a Google search and thank my lucky stars (or Google!) that I did! In an industry sometimes marred by companies that overpromise but underdeliver and by designers/project managers who ghost you after you have made some of the payments, Elique is in a league of its own! Charleston who's the main point of contact was always prompt with his responses, from the get-go when he came over to our flat for a look (other interior design firms have a policy of doing so only after three meetings with them in their offices which was a waste of my time and also a dampener!). His quotations were transparent and detailed, like many other reviews here have indicated. He was also quick and patient in answering my many mundane questions from my POV as a layman. I also appreciate how he kept to his appointments and was never late, saving both parties precious time and energy to focus on other more important things in life! Charleston is also not one to over-talk (and talk nonsense) which will sit well with those of us who just want to get a great job done and move on with our busy lives. When he said he could finish up my renovations in two and a half months (this involved full hacking, retiling, painting, even an entire change of all water pipes and electricity points for a four-room hdb flat), I was apprehensive at first and thought it would be a slipshod job but he assured me that he didn't like to waste time and you bet his team and he didn't! In comparison, four other companies told me they would need at least three and a half months or five months! Everything moved seamlessly and efficiently from week to week on schedule and he would reply my Whatsapp messages promptly and thoroughly. There was no delay or a lack of responsiveness. I also love how they didn't force or upsell their vendors on me but when I did ask for their contacts, their partners were all so polite, professional and efficient, just like them! Everything, from the window grille installation and aircon repiping to the built-in carpentry and the tiling etc was done beautifully. The amazing thing is while some interior design companies have a massive team, you will be working mainly with Charleston and the project manager, Joey. Joey was also super efficient, polite and accommodating and was always over at our flat to help oversee the works. He would also send me photos and videos of the work in progress and of other aspects that I needed advice on. Never once did he make me feel like I was asking duh questions or bothering him. Even after we had made 90% of the payment, Charleston and Joey were always available to assist us with our queries and requests. After we made full payment, Joey came by within 24 hours to help us with our wifi cable wiring (which was due to our last-minute decision, not due to any fault of theirs) and on a Saturday morning at that. Don't let the few Google reviews on their site scare you off. I suppose it's only because their clients are so happy and satisfied with their new homes that they are too busy (like myself) enjoying our living space and not having any motivation to log onto Google. I have recommended them to my friends for their home improvement projects too! Thank you, Elique!

Chance upon Elique's page on IG, and we saw that the style they did for other projects are what we like. Charleston handles our project very closely, and he shares a lot of knowledges and advices that help us with making decision for our house. As we are doing partial renovation for our resale flat, it is not as easy as building the house from scratch. However, Charleston is able to help us incorporate the new design/carpentry into the existing ones seamlessly. No renovation is perfect, but Charleston is very efficient and responsive in getting defects checked and rectified. Joey from Elique is very helpful and professional as well, he helped us a lot on ground when we are at our house doing checks and measurements. The overall renovation experience is pleasant and it is within the planned timeline. All designs are very well thought through, and we love how cozy our house has become after the renovation.

Each and every enquiry we had was answered promptly and clearly which gave us great peace of mind throughout the entire process. We had a very positive experience with Elique. Charleston was open to allowing us to view his projects while weighing our options. Charleston would give us advice as an interior designer but also from his experience as a homeowner and practical Singaporean. He also made sure that there was room for us to express our autonomy and interests, while giving his professional input. During the renovation stage, his team also remained present and available whenever we had doubts, queries, or needed help. The team was reliable and took accountability for their work. We were pleased with their workmanship and for what we paid for. The team was nice and friendly, professional, and they also made the process fun and enjoyable. Thank you Elique team!

We chose Elique Pte Ltd because of the great vibe with Charleston. He was always responsive, friendly, never pushy, and his quotation was clear and transparent. With just a few pointers, he understood exactly the design we wanted, which gave us so much confidence from the start. After confirming, Joey came on board as our Project Manager, and both he and Charleston took care of our BSC and defects seamlessly. Throughout the renovation, they maintained professionalism, responded quickly to our queries, and fixed issues as soon as possible — often the very next day. They were also very accommodating when we requested to move in earlier and managed to expedite the renovation without compromising quality. Now that everything is completed, we’re actually missing the renovation journey with them. We’re extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend Elique, Charleston, and Joey!
