If you are looking for a long and painful renovation journey, please do not go to our ID Alvin from Elite Boss, he will definitely disappoint you. Because he made our entire renovation experience enjoyable, smooth, and stress-free! From the very beginning, Alvin stood out for his good communication. He is direct, clear, and doesn’t beat around the bush — which was the #1 trait I specifically asked for when I had to get matched with IDs on Home Match. He is incredibly prompt and responsive, often replying us even during late nights, weekends, and public holidays. What we appreciated the most was how he consistently shared progress updates, with photos and videos. It became something we unknowingly looked forward to every day! Not only did he deliver the project on time, he far exceeded our expectations. What was initially estimated as a 2-month-plus project was completed and handed over within 7 weeks, and we received our keys on New Year’s Eve, we couldn’t be more thankful! Excellent air-con team — provided good recommendations and made the trunking look neat and well-concealed. Very neat and efficient carpentry team — we absolutely love our kitchen cabinets, storeroom and wardrobe. Super helpful plumbers — we had an issue with our kitchen sink tap, and they didn’t give up until it was fully resolved. Highly responsible painter — stayed the whole day to touch up and even helped with work beyond his scope, assisting the plumbers. Meticulous vinyl tiler — skirtings were laid with perfect angles and great attention to detail. These are just the works we personally observed, I’m sure there were even more happening behind the scenes. All in all, we truly enjoyed the entire renovation process. My wife and I worked with Jason from Elite Boss, on the design and renovation of our first home, and overall it was a good experience. As first-time homeowners, we had quite a few questions and uncertainties, but Jason was patient and sincere in guiding us through the process. He took the time to understand what we wanted and helped translate our ideas into something practical and functional for our space. What we appreciated most was that he was genuine and straightforward. He gave realistic advice, especially when it came to budgeting and design decisions, and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary things. While there were naturally some small hiccups along the way (as with any renovation), he was very responsive and worked with us to resolve them immediately. Would recommend him to couples looking for someone reliable and sincere to guide them through the whole renovation process!

We had such a great experience working with Elite Boss Kenneth and Ah Tan! From the start, they were super easy to talk to and really listened to what we wanted. Communication was always clear and concise, always kept in the loop during the whole process. On top of that, the service was amazing. I engaged the firm for interior design works on my newly purchased property, and was assigned Alvin and Yong Qiang. While Yong Qiang was my main point of contact, it was a great move on the part of the firm to have a pairing system which I thought facilitated more ideas and quicker responses. Yong Qiang was very diligent and earnest throughout the process. It was easy conversing with him and I didn’t felt pressured to include any more works than necessary which helped to keep the costs manageable. He was responsive, had a good attitude and followed up with my queries very promptly, even in late hours of the night which I appreciated. Design is also clean and practical. Thanks again to Alvin and Yong Qiang for helping to ‘zhng’ a newly TOP-ed house into a home.
