We know Kean from seeing our neighbour’s renovation and decided to go ahead with him the moment we called him for our first appointment. Working with Kean is fuss free and he could really bring our vision to life. Whenever we discuss on how to do things, he could bring up points which we often didn’t thought of. He also went above and beyond on the details and we only realised it when we went to check on site or after we have lived in our house for awhile. Things like having double layer of wood panel so the LED light cannot be seen and glaring to the eyes, every doors of a cabinet is evenly divided to achieve a clean and effortless look, but because we were part of the project, we know much calculation went into achieving a cohesive and consistent design. The end product is exactly how is supposed to be based on the render. We have moved in for 1 year and the house look just like when it was handed over. Kean is always on the ball when we ask for rectification. He will ensure things are going the right direction and very responsive in our enquiries. Overall, our experience with Kean, from Elpis Interior Design is really pleasant and we are pleased to work with a professional ID like Kean. Through him, we have learnt a lot. This is the second time engaging Elpis to help with my designing and renovation for my place. Zhi Qi and Frederick understood my needs and concept and the whole renovation process was smooth! During the renovation, both Zhi Qi and Frederick will pop by and send photo updates of the progress. They are very prompt with their response the whole time! They are prompt with their after renovations services as well. Defects were rectified within a few days. Overall a great experience with them and I will highly recommend their services.
