When engaging EP One Manpower, households typically begin by clarifying whether they are seeking a new-hire helper or a transfer helper, as placement fees and timelines differ significantly between the two routes. New-hire placements involve source-country options such as Indonesia, the Philippines, Myanmar, and Sri Lanka, each with varying salary expectations (typically S$550–800 per month) and skillsets. Beyond the placement fee, households should budget for the monthly MOM levy (S$300 standard, or S$60 concessionary if the household includes a child under 16, an elderly member aged 67 or above, or a person with disability), mandatory FDW insurance, the Settling-In Programme, medical examination, and Work Permit application costs — some of these may be bundled into the agency's package and others billed separately. Confirm in writing what is and is not included. Ask about the replacement guarantee window and what circumstances would void it, as well as repatriation costs should the placement end early.
Contact EP One Manpower via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to discuss your household profile, preferred helper nationality, and timeline before committing to any deposit.
Verify the EA Licence number on MOM's online EA directory before paying any deposit, and read the agency contract's replacement, refund, and early-termination clauses.
I have been hiring helpers from EP Manpower since 2020 and the experience so far has been very good. I have had 3 Myanmar helpers so far, all fresh ones. Eventhough there are initial challenges like language, food and other adjustments, they managed well and completed their contracts. Laura ( agent) has been extremely helpful and supportive through out, right from finding the perfect match for our family or talking and explaining to them about any adjustments needed to gel in with the family. She is easily contactable & even replies to messages on weekend if urgent. My last helper had a family emergency in Myanmar & could not go back due to restrictions, but Laura talked to her and explained to her nicely & offered emotional support which we really appreciate. All the maids I hired from EP manpower had good courtesy & respect for employer. We are satisfied with EP Manpower & will continue to avail services from them in the future.Special thanks to Laura ❤️
Had a great experience with Sean. He was patient, professional, and really understood our needs. The process was smooth and well explained. What stood out was the after-service support — he continued to follow up and were always responsive when we needed help. Very reassuring. Highly recommended!
We got our Myanmar Helper through EP One Bukit Timah SC 👌 Manager Laura handle all paperwork smoothly, explained to us all the terms & details. Our Helper settled down well & follow up communication regularly. Thank You v much 😊
I fetched my newly arrived Myanmar helper, Naw Say Eh Mue, on 8 Nov 2025. My wife and I are very happy and satisfied with Melinda’s service (based at the Sin Ming Branch) — she clearly explained the contract and costing, and handled everything efficiently from start to finish. Our helper’s IPA was approved on 23 Oct 2025, and we were able to welcome her just a few weeks later on 8 Nov 2025. Naw Say Eh Mue is the second helper we’ve successfully engaged through Melinda and EP One Manpower. 🙏 Thank you so much, Melinda, for your professionalism and dedication. Highly recommended!
Engaged EP One Manpower for many years, and Edna has assisted me in matching four helpers so far. All the helpers have been well-matched to my household needs, and my previous helper even stayed with us for 5 years. Edna is patient, professional and truly understands what employers are looking for. Her recommendations are always thoughtful and accurate. I’m very satisfied with the service and will continue to return to EP One Manpower whenever I need assistance. Highly recommended.

Placement fees at maid agencies in Singapore typically run S$1,500–3,500 for a new-hire helper and S$500–1,500 for a transfer helper (one already in Singapore on a valid Work Permit). Contact EP One Manpower directly to confirm their current fee schedule, as pricing varies by source country and helper profile. Beyond the placement fee, budget for the helper's monthly salary (S$550–800 depending on nationality and experience), the monthly MOM levy (S$300 standard, or S$60 concessionary for qualifying households), mandatory FDW insurance (approximately S$300–600 per year), the Settling-In Programme, medical examination, and Work Permit application fees. Confirm in writing which of these are bundled into EP One Manpower's package and which are charged separately. See the full maid agency cost guide for Singapore →
Every legitimate maid agency in Singapore must hold an MOM Employment Agency (EA) Licence, which is publicly verifiable on MOM's online EA directory by agency name or licence number. No EA Licence has been recorded in this listing for EP One Manpower Pte Ltd — clients should search MOM's EA directory directly to confirm the agency's current licence status before paying any deposit. The EA Grading system (A+ to C) provides an additional indicator of compliance and complaint-handling track record; ask the agency for its current grade or check the MOM directory. Engaging an unlicensed agent is illegal, leaves you with no recourse if the helper absconds or the agency closes, and can void your FDW insurance. Verify the EA Licence number on MOM's online EA directory before paying any deposit, and read the agency contract's replacement, refund, and early-termination clauses.
The industry standard replacement window is typically six months from the helper's arrival date, with one replacement included. Confirm with EP One Manpower how many replacements are covered, what circumstances qualify (documented mismatch versus a change of preference), and what the cost of additional replacements would be if needed beyond the guarantee. Also clarify the early-termination process — if the placement breaks down outside the guarantee window, the household is generally responsible for the helper's repatriation flight, refund of any unused MOM levy, and Work Permit cancellation paperwork. Understanding these terms before signing protects both parties and avoids unexpected costs. Verify the EA Licence number on MOM's online EA directory before paying any deposit, and read the agency contract's replacement, refund, and early-termination clauses.
