I have been hiring helpers from EP Manpower since 2020 and the experience so far has been very good. I have had 3 Myanmar helpers so far, all fresh ones. Eventhough there are initial challenges like language, food and other adjustments, they managed well and completed their contracts. Laura ( agent) has been extremely helpful and supportive through out, right from finding the perfect match for our family or talking and explaining to them about any adjustments needed to gel in with the family. She is easily contactable & even replies to messages on weekend if urgent. My last helper had a family emergency in Myanmar & could not go back due to restrictions, but Laura talked to her and explained to her nicely & offered emotional support which we really appreciate.
