I have been hiring helpers from EP Manpower since 2020 and the experience so far has been very good. I have had 3 Myanmar helpers so far, all fresh ones. Eventhough there are initial challenges like language, food and other adjustments, they managed well and completed their contracts. Laura ( agent) has been extremely helpful and supportive through out, right from finding the perfect match for our family or talking and explaining to them about any adjustments needed to gel in with the family. She is easily contactable & even replies to messages on weekend if urgent. My last helper had a family emergency in Myanmar & could not go back due to restrictions, but Laura talked to her and explained to her nicely & offered emotional support which we really appreciate. All the maids I hired from EP manpower had good courtesy & respect for employer. We are satisfied with EP Manpower & will continue to avail services from them in the future.Special thanks to Laura ❤️

I fetched my newly arrived Myanmar helper, Naw Say Eh Mue, on 8 Nov 2025. My wife and I are very happy and satisfied with Melinda’s service (based at the Sin Ming Branch) — she clearly explained the contract and costing, and handled everything efficiently from start to finish. Our helper’s IPA was approved on 23 Oct 2025, and we were able to welcome her just a few weeks later on 8 Nov 2025.
